One of my mates who worked in the water industry banged on about that a bit. Surely new build houses could have some system that uses rain water, waste water from the shower sink etc to fill up the toilet.

I’ve often thought a good old fashioned military style 60 second milling session with some gentle 18s on, at one of the arb shows would be a good crack.

This amused me: Talking about a TV show "failing TV show, the lowest ratings for years"... kind of irony since Trump is also suffering from his lowest approval ratings ever. Failing? Anyway, Epstein, Trumps first bestie. Apparently the judge looking at these things says the evidence put forward in 2007 Grand Jury cannot be released - no real justification to do so apart from appeasing Trumps baying mob. Noting that the evidence put to the Grand Jury is dwarfed by what the FBI has... and yet it is the small amount Trump was pushing to get released... which would have quietened his fans without implicating himself. So I suspect in the US the baying mob of Trump fans will be asking for snippets from the FBI... who are reputed to have all the good stuff. Suspect that Epsteins files there will be cross linked to files they have on a lot of other people, your Tangoed god no doubt has his own archive too. JD Vance being quiet this week. Hmmm. Curious.

Its a sweaty humid day. This is very nice! VID_20250722_191659.mp4 I feel like I have made some progress. Im also amazed at the quantity of leylandii roots remaining. Its been gone 18 months so they are starting to rot and pull out and break a bit easier.

Map zoom is restricted for general users; members who have upgraded to professional membership get full zoom access. This is to combat fly tippers, undesirables, plus confused members of the public thinking they can collect wood chip and logs from the sites Rest assured, the right people can see your site

Whatever you do decide with the landlord what each of you wants from this, write it in a contract. Remember a gentlemens' agreement is an agreement between two people, neither of whom are gentlemen and neither expects to fulfill his part of the agreement. I can relate a story or two about gentlemens'' agreements. From what I understand you do not have much to bring to the table and are at the mercy of your landlord's goodwill.

If you are not getting transfer between tanks then all is fine, you may, or may not believe this but I have sealed tanks and holes in tanks, use the very runny super glue, run a bead along the seam, now liberally sprinkle bi carbonate of soda over it, within minutes it will set like concrete, if necessary rub down and re apply, don’t knock this till you try it.
