Not sure if this would be any interest to you, eBay item number:167605287019 best offer might bring the price down, and you would have a few spares, or simply swap the brake one to the other, and have two working saws . It's not mine and I'm not connected to the seller in any way.

short of simply listing guesses until the answer came up, I'll say you got me stumped.

I'm slowly getting one of each of these back in working fettle, I don't have the front av mount or bracket, for the 2100, I checked and the 2100 was rubber, but the 2101 has a spring, and they are interchangeable, so either would do the job. anybody have one, would buy basket case /wreck, as long as these parts are present. tia.

Youre right its probably not but it looks like he is going down the path of getting the contractors to pay for it. I doubt that will happen without a report.

A while ago I ordered the Makita brushcutter attachement for the battery split shaft. I can say its excellent! Prefer it to my petrol one. I've used Stihl's in the past, this is better. It comes with a skinny 2mm "four leaf clover" - rounded square profile cord. I was skeptical but cuts grass and thicker weeds well, including bramble, and lasts ages Hardly used any cord for a large garden. Ordered a roll of their thicker 2.4mm of the same type, £41 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09M2288T9

Neighbours tree problems
NeighbourWoes replied to NeighbourWoes's question in Homeowners Tree Advice Forum
The pictures are slightly different angles the ones showing the neighbours trees is taken from the bottom of the back garden. The ones showing the roots are from the side of the house at the front which is further forward. If we were to remove the roots on our side is that likey to damage the tree? I don’t mind the trees it’s just the path is becoming very uneven in places. I also have to admit to having a bit of worry about the house the front door sticks and so does one of the windows. There aren’t any cracks so maybe I’m reading more into it then I should -
The law relating to offering back arisings from neighbours
AHPP replied to hesslemount's topic in Tree health care
From memory, there’s other caselaw about valuable vs valueless trees so I bet the offering back thing isn’t as straightforward as people usually think. Offering conifer hedge clippings back is obviously stupid. I wrote a moot problem about it years ago. Will have a look next time I have the right laptop on. -
I'd have to go with A and E, petrol and man power - though I am imagining a coal powered trimmer, that would be interesting!
