This lot indoors think I am losing the plot, keep chuckling to myself. Have been out and about a lot recently and keep hearing snippets from the lads that make me laugh. They have knicknames for just about everything and every body, the chimp, monkey, papasmurf, the pup, gag ( got a go) and many more:biggrin: And I have been adopted by cat, where can I buy a rocking chair ? -

Its crazy, the amount of storage they are offering in this new pricing structure is ridiculous. I subscribed to a plus 20gb add free scheme and have not used a fractinon of that quota in ten years, I have absolutely no chance of ever using 500gb. I have until dec 2018 to decide on upgrading or mine will disappear as well, I am sort of hoping they will back track on this and come up with something a bit more realistic by the time I get there. Did the slew casting repair ok John? Is that a 90 tank Mr Girdle ? That will keep the fitter busy for a few minutes Two chippers down Spline hub in the rollers on the tw150 . Either fall out or will put up a fight. Noticed the new style hubs have a thread so you can use a draw bolt (about time but there should be three:thumbdown:) Glued on a bit nut Changed the bush, just drive a wood screw through them and they pop out The tracked chippers loom caught alight when it chaffed through on the corner of the engine, dont know why timberwolf dont use p clips instead of cable ties:thumbdown: Danny at Greenplant saved the day and dug me out a decent second hand loom

A concrete base for a log cabin that our landscape lads are doing, its 21mtrs by 7mtrs. 25 cube of concrete in here And a tiddler for the Calor tank

Not so sure this will happen, its the middle east that funds ISIS , Taliban and Al Queda . Cant see them biting the hand that feeds them or disrupting the lives of their sponsors. Bob

I dont know what JB ordered in the way of springs but its bumped it up about 4" at the front and 2" at the back 1000mm to the top of the bumper with the old springs Shocks are a bit bigger in diameter which make them a tad tight in the shock turrets 1100mm now to the top of the bumper -
Perhaps we do need oil a little longer Andy but it wont be coming from the North sea all the time OPEC countries drive the price of crude through the floor. A friend that works for a Chinese exploration company with interests in North sea oil are taking a huge hit running into hundreds of millions, the only reason they are still there is because the number crunchers have done the sums and this is the most economical way out of a bigger financial disaster. He reckons Aberdeen is now a ghost town in comparison to its hayday, its competitive world prices that dictate viability and the middle east know it. Way too many oil fields worldwide ATM that make more financial sense than the costly and hostile environment of the North sea. Bob

Frank the trouble with all this emission`s , clean air malarky and leccy vehicles is you are just shunting the overall segments of the fossil fuel chart about , nothing actually changes on a world wide scale. Only around 50% of the oil produced goes into cars and trucks which amounts to 16% of all fossil fuel usage , upping the industrial usage of other fossil fuels to build cleaner transport is a sticky plaster on an axe wound. We in Europe have our heads jammed up our arses on all of this, most of the filth pumped into the atmosphere from the east is done so producing goods for the western world . Renewable,solar and wind account for zilch in the grand scheme of things. Bob

The Seppi with variable disp. motor is non to shabby for a standard smaller machine, can be tweeked to suit the flow rate of 1-3 ton machines. They are what they are and not to be confused with custom built/butchered forestry 360`s with proper engines/pumps fitted. The one below we have used for the last ten years + on gorse/bramble/scrub , runs a boot flail and has adjustable height skids. Bob

"Emergency" Not a licence to print money, if its daytime work its more a matter of whether the job can be squeezed in or not. If its night work you can incorporate a standard call out charge and make up the difference with the following days clean up. Most emergency work will have a loss adjuster scrutinising the invoice so its in everyone`s interest to be reasonable. Overdo it and the inevitable shitfest will ensue. Bob

If its like the rest of your kit Ben its probably a useful tidy looking wagon. That said you cant throw 3.5K at a 2004 truck so I would go for a known good secondhand engine and hope for the best, there must be something out there for a fraction of the money that will get it back on the road with the view to sell or carry on using it.
