  1. Based in Shotesham, south of Norwich. Looking for work as self employed.
  2. After 10 years of industrial climbing it was time to change the scenery. Got my cs30/31/38/39 wood chipper and stump grinder certificates. Got my own PPE, climbing gear and chainsaw. All I need now is work in the east anglia region ;-) Got any???
  3. Thanks Josh. It's all a bit confusing as being new to the industry. I've got a LDV crewcab tipper and just realising it doesn't leave me with much loading capacity.
  4. Ah right. Someone told me it was the the weight of the vehicle including the weight of you're towing. This makes it a lot easier :-) Sent from my BV6000 using Arbtalk mobile app
  5. Just looking for a realistic vehicle + trailer (chipper) combination for domestic clients within the 3,5t limit. A chipper is about 750kg, so that leaves me with 2750kg for vehicle (incl. equipment, 2 people and load of woodchips/logs). Althought the options of having the chipper mounted on the back and tow a trailer mentioned earlier sounds like a good option too. Going to have a look into that. 6. Hi guys, I'm looking for the best legal combination of vehicle and chipper combination that is within the 3,5t weight limit and still be able to transport a fair amount of woodchip/logs after a job. Any ideas or redirection to another thread?
