  1. Where were you when it went up the chipper? I bet you blame him for everything that goes wrong. How much do you pay him to be able to dock him £320 ?
  2. Mine's been down this afternoon but it got back to normal about 1800 and up to full signal now. Oddly my phone had no service showing and my wife's 3GS was on the desk next to it with two bars showing, both on EE.

    Built 1

    They'll still look like chainsaws
  4. I've been following this just to see what it does, it's like watching the Prisoner all over again Best wishes Worcswuss and get back on it when you get chance.
  5. If you can get any straightish pieces out of the lengths you are quoting there you could look at storing them and selling them as walking stick blanks. They fetch a decent price.

    Smokers.

I packed up when I was 25 and I'm 62 now. I smoked at least 20 a day and went onto roll ups to save money thinking it would slow me down but I could roll enough to last me all day and Old Holborn was so nice. A friend of mine smokes and has tried all the gimmicks to pack up. We worked out it's costing him over £70 a week but he still keeps doing it. He needs some physical deterrent like hitting round the head every time he reaches for the packet I just stopped dead buying them when we were going away and the garage had none so I said that's it and never had one since.
  7. It always used to be a Park Drive packet when I was a lad
  8. A yard I worked in as a lad had a diesel engine powered reciprocating splitter, like a piston running off the flywheel on a single cylinder Lister engine and the splitting end was made of ductile iron cast at the local foundry and used to last well. Mild steel should be well up to the job.
  9. I picked up a bottle of Grouse in Tesco the other day, £15 for a litre bottle Might have to get another to save for Christmas. (some hope:001_rolleyes: )
  10. No it's turned them into a trendy pair
  11. I like the bit in the description " needs windscreen and drivers side window thanks to vandals that smashed it". More like someone bricked him as they caught him reversing away with their tackle.
  12. I thought, "there is no M7 motorway". Then the picture opened
  13. I watched that from the other thread and it's hard to believe the difference in performance between the two, quite amazing.
  14. Good price for a Makita 9010 at Garden Machines. Why buy second hand for that kind of money ?
  15. Does according to LR4x4 forum. A lot of newer direct injection engines only use the glow plugs when the temp gets down below 2°C and you don't see the light any other time.
  16. Is it this one ? Out of stock till 2015
  17. Spread it round the yard and run over it with the lawnmower.
  18. No, you have boring machinery and eejits Why do they insult our intelligence with this drivel. We know it's bull.
  19. My friend has one of those in his living room, you may as well have a painting
  20. I was reading this and thought you just wanted one side. Nothing about a bent conrod.
  21. I keep telling it I'm retired but will it listen, no it just keeps asking me "how's work ?" You've spelt view wrong in your location shave, do really you live in the B&B at Portrush ?
  22. It was only the apprentices helping that kept the price down, tell them it would have been much dearer if you'd had qualified help with all certificates.
  23. Nothing is fact in this digital age I borrowed the picture from google so if it's anyone you know, sorry.
  24. It has it's own part number 505 13 36-01 and is listed as a cup. American sites have it at $9.39 as a separate part.
  25. Or even where ?
