  1. It’s got no turbo like the old ones did have and they changed the gearing on the flywheel apparently.
  2. I’ve got a tr6p with the petrol engine and it’s quicker than my diesel 530 and can’t really tell the difference in the fuel usage. Other than that I love my forst haven’t got a bad thing to say about it.
  3. I’ve just got a tr6p and love it. If you can get the brash to the rollers it’s taking it in no problem. Really good on fuel as well. Can’t comment on the Timberwolf as I’ve never used one.
  4. Didn’t work for me whilst rated people does
  5. When mines started to play up like yours are. It turned out to be the solenoid valve on the rollers that was playing up.
  6. Yes ours went the same this year
  7. Pfanner zermatts are lovely on spikes
  8. I wanted to get a tracked 540 Jensen as I wanted the reliability of the Jensen over the forst but it’s was 33k plus vat and the forst TR8 is 26k plus vat and twice the machine. Went with the forst and will hopefully have a good reliable one.
  9. I’ve got a gh94 ifor and sell it every 2 years and only lose £300. I can’t see you doing that with other makes of trailer ifor hold strong second hand money. I sell them every 2 years as by then the brakes will soon need doing and tyres are starting to wear down and it’s more cost effective to buy new
  10. I’d look at echo for the small saw market if it doesn’t have to be husqvarna
  11. I’d look at echo. Currently using an echo 4510 and it’s an impressive saw. It’s no 550 but will chug along all day
  12. I’ve just bought a echo cs4510 and it’s a really good saw. Seems to have plenty of power and torque. By no means as good as a 550xp but should last longer. It’s a nice looking saw as well
  13. Could you not just sell privately saying that there is finance on the machine and they would have to clear the remaining funds with the lender first before having the machine?
  14. I would also look into the husky 525 I’ve got it and it’s a really good saw. Beats the echo in the cut but the echo is a bit lighter
  15. I’ve got a 462 love it proper good saw. .1kg heavier than a 560. Feels very responsive and bags of power. This is my first brand new stihl as the 572 isn’t available at my local dealer and so far have no regrets!
  16. I’ve got the new auto tune 545rxt personally feel it’s the best brush cutter I used so far
  17. Will these fit the new husky t525xp? Just clicked on the link and see they do. Will order them later on tonight
  18. I can understand your problem was a design flaw but the people that complain about hot starting issues, bogging and even saws seizing are usually down to the 2 stroke they are using
  19. People who have running issues with the latest gen husky saws are always using the wrong 2 stroke the manual states xp/aspen and I’ve been running xp in my 560 for 6 years now and never had 1 issue with it and my 550xp is spot on too only time I get issues with my 550 is when I sub in to another company use there fuel and I get starting issues with the saw.
  20. A lot of people who have seen the saw comment how big it is compared to the echo and I’ve got echo strimmers and I’ve never spent a penny on them so the reliability on echos side should be there. Will find this thread and update it once the saw is a month old it’s already took 70% of the work from my 200t.
  21. What areas do you cover across the country?
  22. I’ve got one. Seems very well built and in the hand feels much nicer than the echo. Can’t compare to a 150 as I haven’t ever used one but do have a battery Stihl top handle but they are different purposes. The husky took a few tanks to loosen up but now it is a very strong saw with good low end torque. Had a race with my mates 2511 today and it beat it although the echo was slightly duller than the husky so not a fair comparison. I’m happy with it but long term we shall see
  23. Got a tracked 530 and have been having some issues again with the rollers spinning slowly and after some inspection it looks as though the flywheel sensor has taken a small hit and is showing metal (it came lose so would assume from that) but it worked well for a week and now it’s just randomly stopped. On the computer I’ve got 1 green light and 1 yellow but obviously got 1 missing and playing around a spark happened and now I’ve lost all my lights but would this be a fuse or have I fried the computer? I can only find the one fuse and that’s fine but is there more? Thanks
  24. I’ve been looking at the jansen log splitters come with a 4 way knife, horizontal and vertical positions plus a kohler engine for £1200 delivered
  25. Yes there the ones
