  1. A website called the ramp people is where I got mine from and look like this and will take 500kg too apparently
  2. Cheers guys going to spend a day with it tomorrow trying to get it all sorted
  3. I'll try tomorrow, thanks so far guys
  4. Hi guys checked everything on the recommendations, still no result, one thing I have found is slight play in the bearing on the flywheel by the rollers, would this be enough to through the sensors out?
  5. Where's this sensor under the feed hopper too? Is it obvious
  6. I've got power coming to the solenoid and even replaced the solenoid with a brand new one with the same issues happening, will change the filters anyone know a good supplier for filters?
  7. He's a 2006 machine with closed in hydraulic gears, I've got 3 lights on the computer and it seem to be revving flat out and can't get anymore out of it. But will try the other suggestions later
  8. Very slowly and if you put a branch in stops it
  9. Yes moved it from slow to fast and does nothing
  10. Hi guys, I've been having trouble with my 530 tracked Jensen with the rollers, I've replace the solenoid on the rollers, made sure the gap on the sensor is fine and moved it forward still no joy. Is it something hydraulic related, all fluids topped up and fine. It's got me stumped now
  11. Ok here is a picture of mine and it is slanted to the left also
  12. From memory my radiator sits level with my bonnet but mine is a tracked 530, will look tomorrow morning
  13. Is there any workshops near Cornwall this year? Always something I've want to do is be arb approved.
  14. I'm using the correct diddy 1/4 pitch file, might try stihls easy file thing they make.
  15. I find that my battery saw really hard to sharpen and get it cutting right with out it trying to pull the chain to the left or right. Either that or I can't sharpen 🙄

    HTA 85 pole saw

I've got the hta 85 and I love it cuts faster than the ht 101 and the plus side it's so light and barely any vibrations makes using a pole saw a joy to use
  17. Currently running an echo 420 and 520 good strimmers can't really fault them. Plenty of low down power which is lovely for grass. main downside is getting parts for them, took echo a month just to get a throttle cable and other bits take over a week to get them, which for a pro user isn't good as too much downtime. Echo rep said it will be sorted this year if not back to stihl even though they go wrong more but parts are in dealership next day!
  18. I use both 520 and 420, I find the 420 better for cutting grass personally but the 520 much more suited on a blade as it's better balanced
  19. I'm using the ap300 battery in my msa160t and don't find it too heavy, but the bigger battery defiantly makes it have a much longer run time and I think the extra weight is worth it
  20. Out front mower with trimax flails leave a good finish plus has the benefit of using it in the thick stuff too
  21. My bad no I had a 460 before replaced with a 520 echo and the echo feels like a much better machine , also have a 420 echo which is just as good as the 520
  22. Echo srm 520 replaced it with a fs 460 won't ever go back to stihl again
  23. I'd look at the echo srm range, I'm running the srm 520s and they are very good brush cutters got some of the older 510s too and they are good too but prefer the 520s. I've also used a stihl 460 feels nice to handle but not as much power or torque as a echo strimmer. The 520 is out of your price range at 650 but well worth the extra 200, the oldest echo I have is 2011 and out everyday working and it's now only just cost me money with needing a new shaft not bad for 5 years of hard graft.

    Tiny echo!

My echo has the silver chainsaw attachment and mine came off in the tree, went to echo about it and they said they are looking into it, have they brought out a new version now then?
  25. Cheers thanks, I've learnt something new and now going to try and learn more about fungi and other aspects of trees Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
