I sweep my own once a year I have a 6" liner so I bought a 6" brush head and do mine from the roof down or it's a case of moving the burner and resealing everything. The good bit is all the soot is trapped inside the burner and easy to get out and little mess.

Tonight 27 May at 8pm channel 5 Motor Morphers converting a Green Goddess fire engine into a tree felling machine, may be good maybe not.

Mostly clean wood only, I will use old telegraph pole and painted wood for kindling though a friend of mine used to burn sleepers but he was isolated so smoke did not matter.

We felled this Poplar today and a woman pulled up and asked if she could have a boot full ( Ford Galaxy ) of logs as it was Poplar and working for the L A we said if you come back in 20min or so you can, she then said no I want them now and don't want to come back, I know what we wanted to do but was not allowed. Cheeky woman.

Ordered new kit from Buxtons last Tuesday was here on Friday.

That will fly with 18inch we had a new one two weeks ago with a 25inch bar and that's impressive.
