  5. The other half wants to do a bit of hand carving, starting off with a few spoons. Looking for advise on which knives to go for. At the moment we are looking at the Mora Spoon Carving Kit for 30 quid Mora (Frost) Spoon Carving Kit - £30.95 : Woodland Craft Supplies but open to other suggestions (that aren't going to break the bank)

  10. Looking good, nice and clear. Liking the instant postage checker, living where I do it can be a pain in the butt when you try and buy something online and the website tells you to phone for delivery quote. This WILL make me more likely to buy from you.

  13. At 200 it would be worth it just to do it up and sell it quick but by no means keep it unless you're a really good mechanic and are prepared to keep all you spanners in the boot.
  14. Is that an OEM pot? or meteor
  15. Lovely set up - got to get me a bigger saw and mill the 660 and 30" just doesn't seem to cut it. Milled some ash last weekend same sort of colour, had a problem with getting a smooth exit (ie not leaving marks at the end of the cut as the front edge of the mill clears the timber.) Not a problem I usually have is this common with ash or was I just having a bad day?

Blue skies and sunshine here, not a hint of snow apart from the top of the mountain behind us.
  17. If you enjoy doing it by hand then stick with it, as soon as it becomes a chore get a chainsaw.

  23. Stoke St Gregory, trying to stay afloat
  24. A bit too big for my Alaskan and thinking about it if he wants to use the wood for cladding then an alaskan probably isn't the right tool for the job. Before anyone asks I know Bridgwater is a long long way from where I live but it's right down the road from my parents.
  25. What size is large?
