  1. Cheers for clearing that up. Really? so 4 ton towing or 4 ton truck, how come ? I thought the max combination with a landy was 7 ton. not that I would want to try 7.5 ton, it struggles like mad with 7 ton.
  2. Nice one Glad to hear you have got it back, it don't happen too often.
  3. Out of interest If the truck goes up to 3500kg will it decrease the towing capacity by the difference ? I would be surprised if the gross mass was increased.
  4. logs here
  5. Dean at global for standard or green teeth
  6. are you actually running it at 1000rpm ? if so try it at 540 as that again could cause cavitation
  7. Woocommerce has quite a few delivery options, but because we deliver by postcode area and order value we had a choice of buy the woocommerce add on which it quite pricey or do what he did. There are more options now to buy add ons cheaper at places like codecanyon, I don't think it would be easy for a novice to do from scratch. For normal delivery methods there is probably an option in the standard version of woo.
  8. We use a wordpress site with woocommerce plugin easy enough to set up although the eldest son did have to write a special plugin for delivery options and charges as we couldn't find one suitable.
  9. You bought a homelite ? It looks like it has actually run at some time ? that's definitely not right for one of those.
  10. That clears that up, Thanks Completely different to what I was lead to believe. It appears not, as quoted above
  11. If you got your HGV licence before 2009 and you don't do the 35 hours before the september deadline then you have to take the 4 part test to be able to carry on driving. Edit: I would rather give up driving than do 4 part test, I left school years ago.
  12. Hope you don't mind me adding to it Land rover workshop manuals
  13. cpc acquired rights 9th september is when you need to have it sorted by
  14. You can let your HGV licence expire and claim it back at any time, mine ran out 5 years ago but I went for my medical the other month sent the forms of and it was re issued. Now for the stupid CPC
  15. There are lemons in all makes My first new landy was a complete pile and I got rid after 6 months, left them alone for a long time but the last 2 have been superb trucks, more comfort would be nice though. But then I have also had a new hilux that needed a new transfer box after 2 weeks, then an IP at 70K A new ranger that spent nearly 6 weeks at the dealers with various faults A fourtrak that shredded it's gearbox at 60k and another new ranger that has left us by the side of the road 3 times due to electrical faults If the landcruiser pickups were available direct here I would imagine I could probably see me using those instead, that said landy parts a easy to get and decently priced unlike when I ran the toyota's Everyone to their own imo
  16. mix with ice cream, milk and the other raspberrys and strawberries, shove in the liquidiser. Makes lovely smoothies. Having loads of them atm as we have currently lots of berries aswell get a lot of smoothies out of that lot though.
  17. I assume it's a gmail/hotmail type email ?
  18. 50 for me later in the year.
  19. I take it you aren't very keen on them then ?
  20. I would be happy to anywhere near 330 to a tank from my 09 Ranger
  21. Ours have clipped wings, they can't get over the 6ft to the neighbours anymore, but they can sort of hop onto a 4 ft fence of their run, but but the dog soon chases them back. It is really down to them to keep them in though, but would be better to kill it now than let it suffer for longer I would have thought.
  22. My bad for assuming they were 3 trucks you had owned. At some point we are going to play with my 130 300tdi, but am going to use a VVT kit, as you have said playing with the standard one is not ideal, that along with a full width intercooler, but that is going on a reconditioned lump If you decide to break the one thats gone pear shaped I would be interested in buying some bits off it.
  23. Bit of chemical metal and a new valve and that'll be as good as new You can't beat a good landy bashing Sorry but if you have done that 3 times to a 300tdi as said above you need to either look at your maintenance programme and/or your driving. oil changes at 6k with good quality oil and cam belt changes and they just keep going. 300 & 200 tdi's are very rugged built engines and even tweaking shouldn't cause problems if done right. And for the landy bashers, sure they ain't perfect but if you know of any jap/euro pickup that will run legally at 7 ton all up all day every day and still get 25-27mpg I'm all ears, and I do run both. I have said it before, a lot of the reason land rovers get a bad name imo is because of a certain well known make of very cheap poorly made pattern parts that should be banned.
  24. Consider using the same size text on all pages as your "about our tree services" page. Remove the image that contains all your header information, it's not very crisp and clear, if you can use the images but do the wording in text not as a graphic, that should also be better for SEO Just imo Edit: I personally won't deal with firms that don't put their address on the website.
  25. Hyundai are decent diggers and that is a good price. But are they actually made by Hyundai or like the smaller Cat's made by someone else and badged as Cat, so I have been told. Would be interesting to find out.
