  2. Andy is right. Even here in the states with unemployment well over 10% regardless what the media says ther are and still will be jobs to be had. Find your niche and go for it. Good Hunting elg
  3. Dear Jeremy: Your employer was very frank with you and time will tell if his decision was wise or not. Usually in business the Labor cost are the biggest expense and if the business is slowing down in general help can and will be let go. I am sorry to hear that your annoyed and upset, I would be too!. If your former employer made a mistake by letting you go for the sake of funding issues leave on good terms. It will not take long for the price of experienced to trump the price of inexperience. Start looking for other employment with your old firms competion. Keep the faith. Move forward! elg
  4. Here in the states I have not seen this behavior from a dog. I suspect it is something taught by the owners. First class Jack wagons.
  5. That really takes the cake!. What a Jackwagon. elg

  7. So I am trying to figure this one out. People of the UK plant Leylandii for privacy. Still other people don't like these plantings because they are a fire hazard? among other reasons. " Leylandii Law" Right to challenge the height of your neighbors hedge, of course you have to pay 500 Pounds to get the proceedings started?. Is it a 50/50 split for like and dislike of this plant material?, or was it a really slow news day or week and the paper had to print something. Just trying to understand. elg
  8. Skyhuck your right and it's funny, Clients do the darnest things! elg
  9. I like free P/H when ever I can get it and with larger quantity orders I gladly offer free S/H. In addition I offer terms for payment in 10 Days or less. The way I see it, it all comes back to the supplier as long as my customers are happy they will come back for more of the same!. Good Hunting. elg

  20. When man becomes to costly to maintain the robot arborist will take his or her place, its only a matter of time.
  21. I hope you and your Patent attorney are correct. If Sthil had any interest in the past they will reverse engineer as need be to come out with their own version, I know they tried with my product and failed. Good for me Bad for Sthil. FYI I am sure that the folks in product development exchange ideas with other folks in other countries as well. I would have had an agreement for world wide coverage. Good luck.
  22. For creating music, Garage Band is good for beginners. I'ts easy to use and works well. If you want to explore more professional options, try Pro Tools (by Digidesign) or Live (by Ableton). Live is more geared towards loop based production but also records direct audio. Pro Tools is a straight DAW and is used by many professionals. (The cheap versions of Pro Tools work just fine. No need to get a giant 8 or 24 input device) For organizing your music library (ie-mp3's), iTunes is the way to go. This will organize everything by artist & album. You can make playlists, shuffle and so much more. Hope that helps.
  23. I agree with Paul and Monkey Dee. As an organization we must continue to move forward and overcome any and all short term obstacles. Might I suggest additional involvement from b101uk by helping the design better copy for advertising purposes for said group? Good Hunting. elg
  24. It may depend on your laws, here in the states sometime ago Weeds were classed as a pest, hence you need a pest control Linc. to apply anything to control pest, including weeds. Good Luck. elg
