    Sexy tree!!

Would love to climb on her
  6. SIP 1SX1 Chainsaw Cuffs I never knew they existed...Think they might do my head in and spoil my sun tan, but on the other hand wearing them on some cut and chuck jobs like todays job would give you a little peace on mind!! Who does or has wore them?
  7. I'm a 3min drive from SGM (Specialist Groundcare Machinery) pass it every day, only been in it twice....It's far to expensive! I'v spent between £3000-£3500 over the past year upgrading my rigging and climbing gear and have got it all online from F R Jones and Son, great prices and service, oil to my saws.

    Ditch the landy?

Thanks mate, me and spanners don't go and a job like that will take me 5 days not 5 hours! I see your point though, not a £1500 job.

    Ditch the landy?

Decision made.......Get another quote or two for clutch and continue to pile the miles on her. Have used the same garage / mechanic for the past 8-9 years and would feel i am cheating on him, 1k is 1k and it's better on my table . Thanks for the advice you have all given.

    Ditch the landy?

I was only offered £2500 as a trade in at a landrover dealer! They can stick it.
