  1. As most of you know I am in a position at the moment where I am in Birmingham most of the time so I have not had the time to keep up with the processing of firewood. At the moment it's going out slowly and my farther in law can keep on top of the delivers. But there is a few loads of seasoned cord that I need to get sorted. Next sat I've got some man power coming and I have a splitter an eagle and my processor could just do with another processor or big horizontal splitter for the day maybe 2 with operator. If there is anybody that can help please let me know it's near Leominster in Herefordshire.
  2. Let's hope there injurys are not life changing,
  3. Would you not need to use metal case blanks otherwise it would just be like an indoor firework .
  4. If you report it will the police turn up and if they were to turn up and catch them the courts would just give them a small fine. I have seen some really bad crimes in our local area that the police have put a lot of time effort and money into solving for the perpetrator to just get a few hours community service must be very frustrating for them. May be drill a few pieces out and put some .22 blanks in I know a few who have done this and had no more problems.
  5. Put some pallets on top and cover it does look a bit of a damp area though. I left some oak on a one of the local farms under a tree and that went real moldy with in 12 weeks or so.
  6. Spot on! As long as there not putting people in danger they should be free to as they please

  10. £42 Road side £50 in the yard 95% ash but the old boy we get it off has said next year its going up to 48 as he is getting outbid at all the standing sales.
  11. My son was air lifted to BCH and would not be here now if not for them, I was also airlifted from an accident some years ago all though it was not life saving I arrived in hospital very quickly to get much needed blood and pain relief so they get my vote.
  12. I managed with a 13t thor and it would split anything that i could get underneath it just a case of looking at what your splitting and finding the easyest way. If i had the money at the time i would of bought a big horizantal like the one Tom d mentioned if it does not split it it has the power to just cut it.
