  1. No:001_smile:
  2. I used to enjoy the pictures of Kew life, the tube, the Barge community, the buzz of London etc There's enough Trucks'n'trees on here. Good luck back oop north anyway!
  3. Get on and do it, make sure you get the big trees on the floor first so they cannot slap an order on them. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Recipe for disaster, looks like some just out of college hippy has been promoted too early and is implementing unworkable rules. Once some oversize trees start falling over and breaking apart the tune will soon change.
  5. You can't they're mutually exclusive. How about; My boss pays me 2 pound an hour, sexually abuses me and has demanded that I surrender my first born to him, is this reasonable? Usual answer, "You're lucky to have a job"
  6. Ha ha, love it! (I prefer rattlesnakes)
  7. Very true, nearly did my TW at 50mph once, looked in the rear view mirror to see it jumping from wheel to wheel! Nothing I could do but keep going straight at the same speed.
  8. Oh God this is has developed into a ridiculous cul de sac of nonsense. Bloke cuts down big tree, films it, posts it. Errrrr that's it
  9. Mine can be a bit of a pig to start when hot, I remember the 357 and the 254 were also a bit temperamental like that.
  10. I bought a hydraulic thumb of him and its great. Seems good quality.
  11. Still love mine, my favourite saw atm.
  12. I think you would find it a bit heavy and gutless compared to modern stuff anyway.
  13. Why climb if you don't have to:confused1:
  14. I know TW recommend hollow ground but mine are all flat and it's never chipped better.
  15. I agree, if you're going to hack it up for a (IMO) pointless tipper back I would suggest getting an older one.
  16. I don't know if we are talking about the same thing, where I thought Rover was on the money is where he said that "Gifts" like a day carting or suchlike are just that "gifts" They are not part of the wages so to automatically expect stuff in return is a bit churlish.
  17. I agree 100% with this sentiment.
  18. Hate that expression! at least you didn't say "Got the T shirt"
  19. I reckon he'll be back in "Lunnun" soon enough, but they"ll use a different actor:001_smile:
  20. One day, a decade ago or so; I took the two blokes who worked with me to Lords to watch Horsham play in the national cricket final. :001_smile:Had a great day:001_smile: In fairness these things are easier to do on a whim in very small outfits.
  21. It's like a canyonnero from The Simpsons. If fuel was cheap we'd all have em, (well I would)
  22. It looks pretty real, if you were making fake saws wouldn't you knock up something newer. Like Matty said they might still be made elsewhere. just saying like...
  23. Bang on Mick, :001_smile:I'm happy enough that they've had a healthy kid and all that but let's keep it in perspective.
  24. It's my new resolution to stop taking chances with powerlines, turned a job down today for just that reason, that looks like a very nasty accident waiting to happen. and I'm a right chancer! Get onto the leccy company and get a shutdown.
