  1. Yes I would be willing to travel if the shooting is good!. Main reason for the post is I have a farm with red deer needing culling and my usual mate is off sick but I would be keen on any offers thanks.
  2. Some of you know me on here as I post occasionally. I am a disabled guy that shoots pigeons and a few deer. Is anyone here willing to accompany me at times. When shooting deer there could be some venison if I am successful and when pigeon shooting you could also shoot. I live in east staffs between Burton on Trent and Lichfield

  15. Once the fire is going well feed it as quick as you can always throwing in the burnt halves back into the heart of the fire. Remember when loading the fire that the hottest part will be where the smoke is. On a windy day this may mean the fire moves with the wind
  16. Doc said no alcohol, no fast cars, no nice food and no eyeing up the ladies. The old fella said " will I live longer doc", Doc said "oh no but it is really going to feel like it. I know it is a flippant reply but don't take away all his pleasures. I am sure he can still make up his own mind. Good luck both
  17. If you are worried about scuffing up the turf as you turn have a couple of half sized sheets of ply to put down as you turn. Straight lines should be fine!
  18. Sika venison is superb. I wish I were near you I would help with the cull!
