  1. well done all those who realised the height is not 80 390 is close enough
  2. burns nice but fast if very dry
  3. I hope you have your spraying certificates PA1 PA2 & PA6
  4. Too little info to give proper advice. Drainage problems are the most common cause of moss but there are many other reasons too. I would assume that compaction was the problem and see if you can get a fork in to full depth. If you find that you cant get the fork in easily and the lawn is small enough then continue pushing and wriggling the fork to full depth all over the lawn at very close spacing. This is a lot of work but often very worth while. If the fork goes in easily and the ground wet then deeper drainage is likely to be needed
  5. Just remember wood pellets for burning is 5% VAT but sold for bedding is 20% VAT. What a mad world we live in:thumbup:
  6. This really works on deisel engines. Remove air filter and while cranking insert a flame either rag soaked in deisel or blow lamp let the engine draw the flame straight in via the air intake. Take care not to allow rag to be drawn in though.
  7. I used a 2130 with a loader 1978-88 oil capacity is 9lt and we used a multi purpose agi oil both as engine oil and for the hydraulics
  8. make sure you all have a stock of filters as the new fuel may be cleaner but as it contains solvents it will wash wax out of the fuel tank and lines and block the old filters. no problems on new equipment that has never used the old red fuel.
  9. im going saturday i will be the guy in the wheelchair so easy to recognise lol
  10. Anyone having timber that could be used for logs can tip at swinfen hall hotel near Lichfield Staffordshire. Wood chip can also be tipped. Any timber of any size would be concidered
  11. thanks for your suggestion. It sounds simple enough but I dont understand the terminology. I have a hoist on a tractor to get me into the seat with a simple sling maybe the sling would be of some use.
  12. it is in a deer park can build a permanent seat by a tree and rigging could be left in place and tied to tree when not in use it is near lichfield in the midlands
