  1. Nope think his post was at the same time as mine as never read it before I replied 😉
  2. "(blade flat on the floor) with the tanks uppermost ?" He said the exact opposite
  3. Wouldn't make a difference, if anything would be worse as that's the direction the oil is going from the tank to the chain
  4. Another thought that's probably not the cause but similar issue I had with my one when my top roller acted like you describe was the bolts holding is the roller to the shaft had worked their way loose so stopped when was under pressure.
  5. Anti stress kicking in? Revs ok and sensor working?
  6. How about something simple like a bit of hedge cutting? Ad on gumtree and a few newsagents windows?
  7. Bet that was satisfying! I'd have turned up with a bunch of lads if only to scare the scrap out of him
  8. Was that a tracker that helped you find it? If so what one? Thanks
  9. Ideally, but if you don't have anywhere 'secure' to keep her I'd suggest popping down to your local train station and attaching her to the railings with a bike lock, some spotty scallywag will have her away before you get back to the car!
  10. Also just to point out to anyone who's not registered, the nights are drawing in quite rapidly now so thefts will be going up now 😡 time to increase security if possible
  11. Slap a stihl or timberwolf badge or her, she'll be gone by the weekend!
  12. Doesn't have to be braked under 750. Police tried doing me for towing a chipper on a normal licence behind a transit ( I'm 33 and being doing it for years ) had him show me the legislation and they sent me on my way... Muppets
  13. It's on its second carb, at an extra £10 of so for 5 litres of fuel the maths doesn't work out. Can do better as well, my dad had a 2001 ms340 I don't recall ever having fuel issues and recently got a barn find 028av still on its original bar and that looks like it's never had any work done, don't know how it was stored but lines haven't perished at all. I just don't buy this saws live longer with aspen idea
  14. Still don't buy this as a reason to use aspen, recently replaced a fuel line in a ten year old 200t that had started to leak, cost about £9
  15. Modern husqvarna or one from when the 026 was about ( the 90's)?!

    Mogtransit

Wouldn't fancy trying to define the modifications to the insurance company, last time I insured a transit took me twenty minutes to get them to accept its a tipper and not a bloody panel van!
  17. My first impression is that it needs to be optimised for mobile, I'd go to the next site if saw yours on the phone as all too small and doesn't fit the screen
  18. Just been through the new tipper hunt myself, agreed it's a nightmare! Was going to get something a bit newer but came across a 2001 transit with 100k on it and zero rust(!) for 2k, anything else with that kind of mileage seems to be north of 5k
  19. Only £30 more for real ones from spectrum plant, not worth considering saving that little to go on a machine worth £1000s
  20. The ones that make me laugh is the 5+ a day seo emails I get, like anyone would send money to some faceless people in India and give them access to your website. Best is when they get the hump with you for not phoning them up begging for their services; Hi, Hope you are doing well. I recently sent you an email regarding Listing on web. And I am expecting your response please let me know if you would be interested in this. We can email you more details or schedule a call. We will be pleased to explain our service in detail. Kind Regards Sana Online SEO Consultant
  21. No need to do any of that, I believe criminals should be branded on their forehead with the crime so for the rest of their lives they can't get away from it. Let's see how many thieves or perverts commit crimes knowing that's the result
  22. It's been going on forever, been hearing people say this since started doing this on Saturdays 20 years ago. Yeah you see new gangs all the time, never seem to see them twice though
  23. Love it, good to hear some good news on this thieving epidemic
  24. Fair enough, my dad recently bought a slightly later one (twin roller) ive only used it to put hedge cuttings through but picks up as it should. If you need me taken pics of any parts that's broken on yours let me know
