  1. Can you not just place a board against the greenhouse, bit of brash to stop the bounce and drop it in small sizes?
  2. They seem to sell at a high enough price that it's worth going for a new one?
  3. Been rocking one for a couple of weeks, great so far, I have more confidence in flicking smaller branches with the tip of the bar to get them to land where I want them than the techlite
  4. Looks a bit pricey, I used this one http://www.ultrasecuredirect.com/acatalog/Remote-Location-Buildings-GSM-Ultra-PIR-Alarm.html?gclid=CjwKEAjwla2tBRDY7YK9uKXe8R8SJAAhG6LGFV5IhXjGm4rpKjKjAxdqZ79u-oSf24b30lww7Ul33xoCGpPw_wcB For my garage, performed perfectly when I had a break in and got the call on my mobile and think that saved anything getting stolen this time (obviously everything is now elsewhere with different security) but I'd recommend this alarm
  5. Mines the same, no problems with build quality, careful with it but it had taken a fall from about 10 meters unharmed. The chain jamming is annoying me too, think it's the Oregon chains and find them very snatchy, going to get some stihl ones for it
  6. Unless the sun comes out then you've no chance!
  7. Yeah they fine, the body and handle is solid, engine starts on first pull (Briggs one on mine) bearings are holding up well, grease nipples came off so never bothered greasing them as cheap enough to replace but no issues there. Only negative I've found quality wise is the break, wore out pretty fast. I'll try multitip (if not too expensive to swap) when current teeth wear out as a bit expensive as takes 12 and a while to swap them, I'm guessing looking at the website it would only need 4?
  8. Hi got your message literally just got in so haven't had a time to find the link. Pretty sure it's the Kwikchip 160, I think danequip are the current dealers. Would be good to see it when it's 100%
  9. Where and how much was the multi tip upgrade? Agree with other reviews, good machine mine is a year old just broke for first time but only the throttle cable and snapped a bolt holding the belt cover on
  10. And I know where my tiller would be if that was my missus 😉
  11. Taught myself as well after being quoted a grand a few years back, almost finished my newest upgrade, just needs some photos on the gallery page and its just about good to go Original Tree Services| Luton Leighton Buzzard Linslade tree surgeons beyond that I pay a fiver a month for hosting and thats it
  12. I think that needs to be printed on the company tshirts!
  13. The timberwolf isn't the best chipper out there for the money when new, I can't see why they so expensive, but used they make lots of sense. I bought mine used for 2k over a new cs100 and it tackled every job I threw at it, made enough to upgrade to a Jensen now so will probably sell it soon.. Will be a sad day!
  14. Timberwolf 18/100 are about 90 + vat a set. How many sharpens are you getting from those blades??
  15. Agreed, it certainly looked the part though.
  16. Saw a tracked gm190 in George Browns this week, looks like a tank!
  17. Managed 6 months on the techlite bar somehow(!) without it falling in half but just started getting a little noisy and noticeable nose wobble so time to swap before it's too late!
  18. Ordered one for my 540xp yesterday to see what the fuss was about, just arrived with a free tool, impressed so far, look forward to using it in anger tomorrow (far too hot to be climbing trees today!)
  19. Sounds good, my arms have been aching a bit recently so might look at getting one to take a bit of the strain off
  20. Get whatever van has a/c given the forecast!
  21. Hope so I've got a 2012 one and it's driving me nuts with its hot starting, thinking about going back to a 261
  22. Could you not borrow another 1500 and get a Greenmech?
  23. None i'd have thought! I'm sure it could be haggled down to a more sensible price but expected somewhere in the 11k range inc vat but starting so high put me off right away so didn't bother booking a demo
  24. What sort of money did it come in at? Was quoted 14k for one so passed and got a used Jensen instead!
  25. They must be updating them to work from the 230 framework as its a petrol 150 now? Doesn't make business sense not for the models to share parts
