  1. What a shitter. Can't they just solder on as is? Or what about that plastic stuff that comes in sections with holes in and back filled with pebbles type job? Any driveway over that existing is asking for trouble.... A driveway that can flex breathe and drain is a must there for the tree and clients pocket
  2. My safetrack has been fine in the last 300 plus hours I've clocked up and I've chipped a hell of a lot of stuff with it volume wise. No issues due to heat with machine or with the chip at all πŸ˜€

    Tax tax tax

Is anyone else wondering what is going to be meddled with and awaiting an atrocious budget at the end of october? Is anyone taking more steps to pay less to the money wasting sods and had enough? What's your plan? Work less, work more? Blast all into pension? Blow the lot? Buy loads of equipment? It's a shame you nowadays have to think a lot more and harder about what you do with your money and have better planning going forwards (even if the government still can get their grotty fingers on it) As a main family bread winner it's concerning to try secure a good future It's tax planning not tax evasion
  4. Always call into Moffat when passing to the butchers on main street for some slice sausage 😎
  5. Bloody hell Ruben, your the southern version of me πŸ˜† All the above the same. And even me getting sick of talking to folk, do you know any decent lads after work etc..... (and no doubt they sick of me too) I've tried colleges all sorts. Lots of space cadets out there on facebook etc... I've actually found someone recently to start soon but who knows!? I think it's all about time and luck. No science Good luck bud
  6. Not a clue but all I ever hear is of the lads saying they are on good brass due to working at night.... they dont want to be day walker / day workers no more.... Vampires lol
  7. **************** that for a game of soldiers ! Obviously different but I'm fortunate to o ly work within 20 miles of my Base. Usually 5-12 miles away most time. That's domestic arb though . Once of a day contract climbing I've been allover but even then maybe 60 miles away and 60 miles back and that wore thin after a while
  8. Can you get smaller quantities from these and do they send them out?
  9. Bloody hell fire! That last pic
  10. That was my morning view for 2 weeks. Got back late Monday evening 😴 then rain and sunshine this week. No 34 degrees anymore
  11. Yup the yank way
  12. All the yanks use big wooden sleepers and place in front of themselves. Not sure what uk folk do
  13. The 150 ran fine but stank. I hadn't fueled it up. Was up the tree using it and thought bloody hell this stinks. Waiting for saw to set alight thinking foul object burning. Did the tree, whipped covers off and checked and ran it and no chain oil where it shouldn't be etc. Opened fuel cap and looked like canal water πŸ˜… Not sure who it was but fuel ditched and refilled and onto next tree πŸ˜€
  14. You think ok or keep to 8 and 10 stud axles? Bigger brakes and all. Buggered if you want to shift a 20' container with that trailer above
  15. Just wondering if anyone has run one of these 12t midi low loaders? This particular one has a 9t payload. I wanted something for a 5-8t digger. Only not necessary downfall I've seen is people say 6 stud axle brakes are shite.... I've always done ok but I don't tow massive loads 12t plus etc and my 6 stud trailers have done fine. One big down side I bet will be re sale value. Not many folk will be after one NEW TYRONE TRAILERS 12T Midi Low Loader Trailer WWW.EBAY.CO.UK NEW 12T MIDI LOW LOADER. Dump Trailers, Low Loader Trailers, Fuel Bowsers, Bale Trailers all available... Any info is great. Thanks
  16. I've had this before and it's just hassle. Had time send back to an online supplier then they sent them off and was a 6-7 week turn around. Pita Always have a back up pair and when they're knackered get shut. Buy a new pair every year in Aug Sept before the bad weather so dry toes for winter πŸ˜€
  17. I bet you've got L and R lettered socks too then πŸ˜†
  18. Nah. Not to my knowledge. I use same funnel for filling chippers as I do stihl combi cans. Always a small bit of diesel sits in the funnel and goes in the combi can. No issues in 15 years.... A bit of chain oil in the fuel tank of a 150t climbing saw will make the bugger smoke though and smell bad! Been done by many a groundsman. Still no issues once fuel dumped and filled back up
  19. Either all boots are shit now or all tree surgeons are shit kickers and can't pick up their feet when they walk? Lol πŸ˜† Just waiting for my airstream to die before winter then have the what boots dilemma myself yay πŸ™ƒ
  20. Worse case can you not dry and clean area up and epoxy resin the bugger up on the threads and then all over the bung after. Tank out and power wash job, dry clean. Bung and what ever out and then sort it that way? Leave some diesel in tank over weekend when done to see if it weeps and or has sorted it? Good maintenance anyhow cleaning out the tank
  21. I may try one of them drill pumps to get fuel back out of tractor when not in use so can't be pinched πŸ‘
  22. Good machines they are Mick. I have one. Does all I need
  23. I like it Ash, looks spot on. You and your company are the only ones that have ever stood out to me πŸ‘ keep it up
