  1. Thankyou, its running very well now I got the bits of tarmac off it.

  7. Use a crab on end of line. Multiple slings, whilst lowering one piece, rest of slings can be set ready for clipping and cutting when rigging rope returns, easy peasy

    Deep water

    I know someone working beside 12" deep waterway (not flowing or tidal) and they needed a rescue boat and diver on site, but thats BNF for you

  14. Been there born near portglasgow and escaped many moons ago.
  15. I buy them for £2 to £3 per pair, last about 1 1/2 weeks climbing. Reckon good balance cost longevity, once worn they start to get pulled into hitches and spiderjack which trashes them. Cheap copies last barely a day so waste of space. I f startto sting sling in washiung machine, they come out super sticky.
  16. Think starting to suffer with it. At present climb with spiderjack, pulleysaver and pantin where appropriate, what else can i try to reduce the effects of it, hand ascender with foot loop on left foot? . have thought of srt but unsure at present pro's/ con's
  17. Sod all this emissions lark, will there be any good deals going on used vw's., as could do with a cheap secondhand car
