  1. I spent £500 on a new gas pipe in a flat I'm selling only for them to then tell me the boiler is buggered and needs servicing, the climber I was working with clipped a gate with the very tips of a branch which broke a bit out of the top board and worst of all I got a really vicious ping on the nipple from a whippy bit of Ash which stung like hell.
  2. I was on a job with a new Forst chipper back in September and it dropped a feed roller after 5 hours of use. Apparently the bolts hadn't been tightened properly at the factory.
  3. The boots you need for cut protection, the gloves you will need if you do training.
  4. I found similar problems with the starting/idle.
  5. He has posted it on Arbtalk or Treebay on Facebook.
  6. Very plasticky IMO but then again it's not a pro saw. The estate I used to work at had one but I normally used one of my own saws.
  7. Shared the posts on Facebook. Hope you get a result.
  8. Wood is now at Geoff's.
  9. Farm the TM out to a TM company as they know what they are doing and it leaves you free to concentrate on the tree work. Meet with them and discuss what you need in the way of full closure intervals before hand which will allow them to sort out the necessary permits.
  10. Sure it's a mole and not a rat?
  11. I have a few free days over the next couple of weeks if anyone needs an extra body. I am available on 10th, 11th, 18th and 20th to work in or around Essex. PM or call on 07739 556764.
  12. Best you stop drinking it then. Nobody wants pee that smells of breast milk.
  13. Let's get it over to you first.
  14. Scrub that plan, Geoff. Something has cropped up.
  15. I'm picking the wood up this afternoon so I can drop it at yours today if ok.
  16. Superb
  17. It's only a certain percentage of people.I think it's genetic
  18. I don't think you could really call his actions deliberate or reckless with regard to disturbing the nest.
  19. Who, Dean Lofthouse?
  20. Stops you burning your fingers on a hot engine too.
  21. Garden hose does the same job.
  22. Exactly! I myself have decided not to grow a beard, rather like I have done for the last 44 years.
  23. Alder, maybe, but looks a bit big.
  24. Rather than brashing all over the stool, which may encourage dormice who will damage the new growth, you should be brashing around the stool to prevent deer reaching the new buds etc.
