  23. I got lucky when I had a problem with mine. I sent some pictures of the problem and gave them the serial number of the boots. I didn't have the receipt but I did know that I had bought them at the previous year's APF.
  24. Friday was my last day which I spent doing some work on the in-laws' apple trees. This week I have been doing Xmas admin.
  25. I'd just explain that we all have difficult decisions to make in life and you hoped that he/she would make the one they would be happiest with.
