  1. Do it for the wood? It's worth a fortune, you know. On a more serious note, I would be very wary about rigging on an Ash which was compromised to any great extent.
  2. Looks like Pine to me as well.
  3. Better change your surname to Ness.
  4. I'm sure the UziSuzi Trumper will cope. mate.
  5. Cheers mate, I shall give that a miss then.
  6. Coral spot.
  7. Where's that, Dan?
  8. But surely our Constabularies would be above suspicion?
  9. You need somebody who does wheel clamping who has access to DVLA database.
  10. The trick down here is either following work vehicles to the yard or taking the registration number and getting the address that way.
  11. You need to put the 50% surcharge part in your T&Cs in your initial quote or you might find you can't rely on it legally.
  12. You say tom-ay-to, I say tom-ah-to.
  13. The best response to 'could you just' is 'I'll just give you a separate estimate for that'.
  14. Another very good reason why he wants to arrange to collect from you. Anyway, how do you know he doesn't know where your yard is?
  15. Because he wants a look at your yard, perhaps?
  16. Got a quiet couple of weeks now as a regular has got vehicle sourcing problems (been let down by the vendor they were dealing with) so if anybody needs an extra groundie in Essex or nearby, pm me or call on 07739 556764
  17. That's a disturbing image before breakfast, Ian. Right turn, Clyde.
  18. Hopefully, he's not awake yet
  19. I believe her fireplace was ripped out quite some time ago.
  20. All too frequent, I'm sorry to say. Combination of weak security, poor policing and people who are prepared to ask no questions in the search for cheap kit all adding to the figures.
  21. Echo cs450 is a good saw, Husqvarna 135 is also good if you want something cheaper. I have the Echo and use it for work while my other half's Dad has the Husky which he uses for logging with no complaints.
  22. Thanks for the heads up, mate. That's a bit close to home. I wonder if it's the same lot as before?
  23. I know there used to be a free tip down at Pitsea where they were restoring the land. They took all chip, brash and log to create a hibernaculum but it was a while ago. I'll look out the number and text it to you.
  24. He'd have to stop attacking you first.
