when i worked in the woods i used a husky 346xp 15", perfect power/weight ratio for lugging about all day and you can fell anything upto 30" of course.

I've got the stein one, much sturdier than the husky one. twenty something quid, holds harness, ropebag, second rope, spikes, bits for rigging etc etc with plenty of space left (bit too heavy now! ) it's got pockets on the outside, is kind of waterproof (enough for a light shower) and a flat hard base. Pretty sure all of the shops on here sell them.

hi mate, I think you should go for it! it's the right spec for your speakers and you will be able to add two more speakers if needed. put one onto each channel, don't let it hit the clip lights (basically red line) , and sit back and smile
that's quite cheap and warrior is a good budget make so you can't go wrong!

i use ocean poly, only because it came in the hitchclimber kit that honeybros had a special on a while back. haven't really tried anything else tbh, apart from the sirus on my second short rope, which performs much the same as the ocean.

i just shove everything in my stein hold all, when it gets a little bit wet/damp i hang the harness and rope out overnight. loving the new gear, mate.

nice! the lenses are for life, though, unlike the camera body which is likely to be replaced at some point (unless you change makes of course). we're canon lovers canon vs nikon is like the stihl vs husky of the photography world!

Do you have a <18mm lens for the wide angle shots or just a screw on adaptor? My GF needs one but if she can get away with a cheap adaptor it would be handy as she is skint

You can drive a transit full of chip (under the max load) and a trailer/chipper under 750kg on a normal licence. to tow a larger trailer or chipper, all you need is the trailer test ontop of your normal licence. I'm pretty sure this is correct.

Or do as i did (don't) - go to the pumps, fill up, then pretend not to have any cash..... They once took my skateboard as a deposit and when i went back to pay up, they had already sold the skateboard for £10 to cover the fuel debt! bastards!

VT/Hitchclimber 13mm rope and 8mm friction cord works so well and so much faster/easier than a prussik! in the dry it grips 100% of the time after tending the slack, in the wet you have to give it a bit of encouragement.

oh yeah, forgot to say we got one landy stuck on the nice lawn between the house and lake, and in the process of towing it out with the other landy, churned it all up he wasn't very pleased

We (me and SWB on here) did all the tree work at hedingham castle from september to october last year. will watch the episode later on 4od... the owner and his wife are very posh - they would always say 'yah' instead of 'yes' the gardener from eastern europe had his fingers sliced off by a circular saw last year, i think trying to cut some of the logs we cut i think he got a quick pay out from the castle owner and went back to his country!
