  1. I thought I dropped 10p, I was just checking:biggrin:
  2. I don't cut stones or soil:001_rolleyes: I don't micro cut and lower everything like a lot of folk, I crash it down big, mind steer the limbs away from obstacles and then either leave for habitat or lift it big with something:biggrin: I want a digger with all the jazz on it and I will find stuff to do with it. Tom a 3 tonner is a cracking size, if I was going to buy a big digger I'd just get a 12 tonner, same hassle shifting it , yet so much more power. But I'm not a good enough operator to go ditching or digging founds, and I never will be. I'm only talking for shifting a few sticks about on the odd job I get here and there and around the farm .
  3. Very nice! More pics please
  4. That's exactly what it is from what I've been told. It may be a 280. Here's me this afternoon:lol: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gyl7KyaBG6c&feature=youtube_gdata_player]Scorpa T-Ride - YouTube[/ame]
  5. That's very green indeed Wooded, nice 1. Chris it's a 250 4 stroke. It's a Scorpa T Ride.
  6. Ive had diggers before but never set up right for woodland working. I want a 3 tonner, with Forestery guarding round the cab and a hydraulic winch mounted on it. I know LPG Eddie has his lovely Kibuto , but that's way out my budget. At pics or advise would be great Thanks
  7. Cheers Geoff, I'm not an on rd rider, I'll be taking the indicators and other bits off before they get broken. I've never got on with crossers, all my riding is on hill ground and moor and the on off throttle is not my bag. I've always had trials bikes, great for jumping ditches. The 4 stroke is lovely aswell for the long climbs in higher gears. Oh and electric start is sweeeeeet!!! The back tyre is a bit rounded, I'll keep a note of that link mate cheers:thumbup1:
  8. Your asking the question only shows the type of weakness that let your groundie feel it was acceptable to do such a thing.
  9. There's no way 1 person can know how every single tree surgery company is ran or if makes money or not. Personally I don't want other tree companies to do well, I want them to struggle and go out of business so there's more for me:thumbup:
  10. Just bought this
  11. Diet is the most important, trying to avoid the crash is my aim. I've been in healthy all week and no fresh coffees.
  12. Haha' brilliant
  13. Fair play!!
  14. I did the chain thing years ago, man what a boring task, and I wasn't very good at it, a few broke or they were to stiff at the rivet. I ended up missing going to the saw shop for a chat and a nosey about. A chain on a top handle will last me a year, 026's 6 months and maybe a few for the 46 so not worth the hassle for me.
  15. That's impressive! I'm similar to you in the climbing front, if anything it's spikes and a dismantle or conny topping, so to real climbing. I've done no real training for 2 years, so started back at the gym on Sunday, just following a program off an App. Mainly trying to put on some muscle and get my cardio up, I'm 40 in 2 years and want to be ready for it! I was 84.7kg on sunday and I'm 82.1 kg tonight. I stopped the morning huge breakers and take a healthy lunch with me and stopped my crisps at night. I was always good at pull ups and dips. I was gutted when I could only do 3 sets of 5(front grip) and 3 sets of 10 dips. I'm going to do this until Christmas and then do a month of kettle bells in the new year.
  16. Amazing!
  17. Never put kit in your tree pics, they always steal the show!! Nice fell but cracking truck!
  18. fluctuating turnover, but always profit.
  19. Liking the Beech Fell!
  20. If its the relays I'm sure the old sierra ones fitted the TW.
  21. Maybe the answer to the thread title is, " most but not all "
  22. There are so many variables that will influence a pricing decision. Personally I've always made good money since the day I started self employment.
  23. That's brilliant!
  24. Don't know, came on a pallet from a c price.
