    Tree ID

    Certainly is.
  3. I sold a tree business in '92 but I guess what happened then still holds true. Basically there's no goodwill. You're the goodwill. It's not a branded product you're selling but your personal service. What's to stop you selling up and then contacting all your customers the next day with a new company name and phone no? I had to sign a legal document forgoing the right to start up again within a 25 mile radius for the next five years. The new owner took on the old staff and existing contracts and clients and it was up to him to prove his worth.
  4. Damaged gas main?
  5. Lovely pup. I've always had springers and there is no better dog. The late Colin Willock used to say there is no more a beautiful animal than one with freckles; springers, song thrushes and brown trout.
  6. Jools Holland's place. The Jam House
  7. Are hornets becoming more common? Seen more in the last few years than in the thirty before them.

    That's what I always thought.
  9. Well I didn't think they were having it all 'ripped away'. They're having to take cuts just as the rest of are. It ain't fair, life ain't fair just as my next- to worthless pension ain't fair:001_smile: I think I've woken up now:001_smile:
  10. They should think themselves lucky they're not in the real world:thumbdown:
  11. All trees to be owned by real 'lookers' and that they are eternally grateful when you turn up:001_smile:
  12. It disguises the K. duesta:001_smile:
  13. Aren't the social cutting his care allowance ?
  14. That's no apple tree. Leaves are far too shiny.
  15. Craetagus crus-galli. Cockspur thorn.
  16. Paul Newman
  17. Anyone noticed the similarity between the two? Paul G has only played for 5 years. Johnson suddenly appeared back on the scene with amazing talent and they both have loong fingers!
  18. Found a little blue tit in the road today. Just fledged and soaking wet. Put him in the hedge but don't fancy his chances much.
  19. Best price I've seen recently is £4.95 but that's on small jobs.
  20. Email them your observations and concerns then at least it's in black and white
  21. Are they under sycs? Could just be sooty mould growing on the sugars aphids excrete.
  22. Glad you're sorted. I'm with NFU. Local office and they sorted my truck in no time:thumbup1:
  23. Plenty of torque and running 404 pitch as I remember.
  24. I seem to remember it blew a bit more (Feb '88)? We were encamped near to an elec sub-station and the one day the wind took out some of the teetering remnants inc a beech which flattened the sub-station and workers van!
