  5. Hi all I offered to advertise this vacancy on here for a very good friend of mine . Who runs a small company carrying out hard and soft landscaping throughout Cheshire . Along with general garden maintenance duties with some small tree felling works . He's basically after a mature bloke preferably ex forces age 28/ 40 ish . This post will need a person that is hard working and can work alone or with others . Good sense of humor and not have ginger hair . Based near Alsager . 20 hrs a week or Fulltime on the books wage depending on experience but in the region of £ 7.50 £9 . PM ME FOR DETAILS REMEMBER EX FORCES NO GINGERS ? I must stress that these are his words and not mine . Good luck Although he is an outstanding bloke .
  6. Marc . I've had mine 2 years now and since I've had it i've rag'd it out of the box, i've cleaned the filter maybe 3 times, cleaned the saw hmmmmmm let me think once at least . Shame on you

  8. If you fix the saw on the cheap and he breaks it surely he will come back down to you and so the vicious circle begins . Personally if its nailed tell him so then buy him a pint and tell him if you hear of a decent cheap saw going you'll let him know . You could always offer him a token gesture and say some parts off the saw could come in handy ?
  9. I've had a similar thing happen before . Turned out to be a small split in the fuel line from the tank . So it was pulling in air .
  10. I do mine whenever the customer wants . Never had a had a problem with trimming in the winter . Sometimes the hedge will go brown on the tips . If done when really cold .

  14. We used to have a switch hidden under the dash of our old Hilux which used to kill power to the starter motor . Many a morning spent trying to start her and forgetting about that dam switch:001_tongue:

  20. Jameson here had them years tough stuff . Although not keen on the pruner head . Saw head not bad and comes with hook also
  21. I've had stickers on most of my helmets . The black helmet I,ve got at the moment has a large yellow stripe across the top to warn all the wasp's that I also sting . Serious note the black helmet don't attract half as many bugs as the hi viz version . Although I will wear it when need to . This also has stickies on it One guy I worked for had a bullseye target sticker on top of his lid .
