  2. Evening Mr Bullman The fuel costs are really frugal ( cool word ) . When its full its like a boat all over the place . Parts are cheap and theres spares almost everywhere you look .Would be cool to have a warm comfortable work truck in my old age .
  3. 110 Tipper Landy with chip box . Fitted with Husky Winch and Brownchurch roof rack . Not the most comfortable vehicle but it earns the money. Has an in house service every 3 months . We are now considering Transit crewcab or maybe be a Hilux / l200 4x4 I think its a man thing

  5. Ive had the Nubuck leather short brown Haix boots they lasted me about 2years . Then I got the Haix blue ridge they lasted 6 months . Anybody know of any comfortable boots that will last . Cheers , Climbing / Grounding
  6. Ive been on the trees for 17 years and seen many a T O come and go . Sometimes they really stress me out . I love my job but Its tough trying to find the balance of what you think the tree requires and what the T O wants. It does however really annoy me when T O gets confused between tree species . Anyway Ive just learnt to chill out at the grand old age of 37 couple of shots of rum and a rub down with Voltarol good to go .
  7. I converted my hi cap to a tipper using a tipping back off a scrapped Tata pick up perfect size . Box section frame with ply sides and to finish it off a purpose made tarp orange and green to match the TW . I would post pics but me and technology just dont mix.

  10. 020t in a tree is king . After having said that i find the husky ticks over a lot better , and now ive fitted a 10inch bar its a different saw . i always seem to have carb problems with my 020s. But id rather the job take a bit longer and use a saw that ticks over properly .
