  7. Sand him down prep and spray 4 me . Before and after pics please.
  8. ha ha ha full of chip = 30 mph and slower sometimes . Can get quite frightening on a roundabout
  9. Just looked at a job today in Cheshire . This was a private woodland of 4/5 acres . To my amazement nearly every other Birch tree had fungi growing on it ? I was asked to remove all trees with fungi on them ? I explained to the client that would mean a massive loss and the local wildlife would suffer . The reply I got was brilliant and we have agreed to make safe only the trees along the footpath and highway . This guy's really up for encouraging wildlife so I have put him in touch with a local primary school who's head is eco friendly . win win . Oh we saw two Jays while on site beautiful birds
  10. I hear ya although I could do without points on my license . Mind you when she's full of chip its like being on a boat
  11. Love my old bus and it also failed its MOT . Needed two little plates welding , Ball joint and the front shockers were knackered . Not bad for a 1986 110 tipper that gets abused on a daily basis . Having said that she does get regular oil changes and anything that needs doing to her gets done as soon as I can . Don't know how much chip she holds . I gauge it by the number of fingers I can get under the wheel arch . Two fingers from the top of the tyre to wheel arch and I'm full lol
  12. Tying off at top of a stick when dismantling . Descend on a single line . That's what my gri gri 1 is used for .
  13. I know a few who make a good living by just stumping . Although they have all done there time on the tools . So have made good contact's over many years before starting stumping . IMO you need a large grinder and a small grinder to cover all angles .
  14. Best of luck Gaz . Sure you'll make it happen
  15. Got to be Frostie's . In the army years ago I used to have two bowl's of Sugar Puffs every morning Now I hate the smell of them .
  16. I like this and there whole concept of respect . Especially in the ring as the pre fight actions are quite powerful . As an emotional person I can see how this can really benefit both fighters . On the flip side get to emotional and you can lose sight of the utlimate goal and get sloppy
  17. Simple and effective
  18. Interesting the feet being dirty and the head being closer to the heavens . Make's sense though . Jack dempsy used to soak his hands and face in brine water . I did hear of the urine thing once or twice . Just glad I,ve never witnessed it
  19. Do any of you guy's do any hand / fist or knuckle conditioning . I.ve been rubbing surgical spirits on my hands on and off for a couple of years . After my daily pounding on a small sand filled football . Not trying to hijack your thread Rich just thought it had some bearing on the matter
  20. Top Vids Rich . Love the elbow strikes in the last vid . The front kick used by the Muay Thai guy's is very effective and is not really used by many in MMA Guy's .
  21. Another nice reduction
  22. You got a good eye for reductions Rich
  23. Nice I like the transit pic's
  24. I'm excited and waiting
  25. Wow how can that be informative and what do kid's learn from watching this ? Made me laugh though Bring back Johnny Ball and think of a number . Not forgetting Tomorrow's World .
