  1. As others have said, completely wrong on both counts
  2. Your mate wont rate them because he is a farmer not a forester
  3. In order for it to be illegal there would need to e a law prohibiting the activity. What law is that please?
  4. I wouldn't place too much store by the hours clock without some provenance, disabling the clock is as simple as can be.
  5. I wouldn't be too worried about that, a member of the public stealing timber is domestic and outside the HSE remit
  6. I have done a couple. How easy? Depends on your skill set but its not that difficult
  7. What's the towing capacity on that Whithams have it listed as 2500kg (from memory) Seems a bit meagre for a towing vehicle of that mass

As I remember there needs to be 15 a side and two sides so I recon you cant e the only one:laugh1: So the big question Union or League?
  9. This is very true but the other side of the coin is that if there are instances where the planners and tree officer cant cope, particularly in the light of recent cuts, they can use any such objections to support a case for more resources. Its what the clever bloke would do.
  10. Its not just as simple as "a little more financial", there are driving licence categories to be gained, "O" licencing, Tachograph and drivers hours regulations. This situation isn't going to improve, most people joining the industry cant drive anything over 3500kg and are restricted to a trailer no bigger than a well loaded wheelbarrow.
  11. You can build it to a budget or you can build it to a standard.
  12. On that budget you are in Primarni or Man at Matalan.
  13. That's hard to watch. Jumps around too much

philip2011 Mate, like I told you by PM, if you post in this forum no one can reply Post it in general chat and include your location
  15. Like I said before, what you describe is classic symptoms of a hose de laminating, first place I would look
  16. The b120 is old school, I don't think it has an ECU
  17. Have a look at the hoses on the vac side if the system, they can de laminate and restrict air flow which would give the symptoms you describe
  18. Here you go ::Teufelberger:slaice<sup></sup>
  19. Fixed that for ya:laugh1:
  20. The answer will be in the wording and any exclusions of your policy, time to read the small print
  21. Been there done that and would do it again, build quality second to none. Parts are available, it's made of standard parts so you don't have to go to the main agent for evrything.
  22. I keep files in mine, any "snorters" are more than welcome to try:laugh1:
  23. Not quite, in order to gain a prospection the other side will need to demonstrate that you intended to permanently deprive the owner of the property if you were chucking the fish back all they have is a civil offence of trespass.
  24. a customer booby trapped his log pile with a paintball grenade, got the thieving neighbour big time.
  25. I am going the other way with this, divorce the tree element (a lot of "arbs" have trouble with this) and this is just a planning application. Once it is granted you can do as much or as little as you want, plenty of unfinished builds out there. Once work has started the planning is good for several years (citation?) A reduction is just an unfinished felling, or a retention as wildlife habitat, you can always finish it later.
