  1. Not any more. Most cars will come to the end of their life when the main electronics fail & there are no cost effective ways of fixing it.
  2. Even more with bald tyres, no insurance no MOT. Still illegal.
  3. Removing DPF in itself is a fail.
  4. You can expect all insurance companies going this way as so many people lie about points ect.
  5. Which rotatech bar would I need for my WP30? The chain is 325 1.5 72
  6. Go to an agri engineering shop.
  7. That to me looks like he is doing multipul jobs for one set of profits as well as buying to wood cheaply. He is the cutter forwarder haulier processor & retailer If he was buying his wood in his costs would be nearer £50 / tonne before he processes it.
  8. Thats wont directly help your sales prices. You still charge 20% you just pay at 12% without working out the correct amount after purchases.
  9. I would be worried that a chainsaw could pull the nail out & launch it towards the operator.
  10. Me too. Great machine.
  11. What size stuff you got to do?
  12. Lol Farmers COULD claim back IF they are in the wrong band. Just like everyone's else can.
  13. Do they?
  14. How about a large ish bore steel pipe fitted to the return? Have it made to wind back & forth in the space you have. Even a long flexi pipe would work as long as the bore is not causing more heat to be made. Re the hot fitting, is all the pipe work & tank hot too? If not it might be that the fittings are too restrictive for the flow.
  15. Assuming your 60mph you think you were doing is right, No NIP in post is my bet. 60mph on speedo will be about 55mph for real. If your local police use the recommended formula then, 50mph limit + 10% + 2 = 57mph. Or NIP in post but when asked for the photo they will see the Transit actually set the speed camera off not you.
  16. Also the water is not counted. Thats another 5-12kg.
  17. Mightiest be easier to fit a clamp on jockey wheel but remove the wheel & fit a foot plate. Will have to look at the space. Or go the whole hog and fit hydraulic levelers. http://www.caravanservicecheshire.co.uk/caravan-and-motorhome-levelling-system-ep-hydraulics/
  18. Great. Only done about 15 tonne so far but still pleased. A few things need modding. 1, weld a handle on to the "fixed" bed so you can move it easier when setting up and putting away. 2, short starting handle and rope so the oh can reach the splitting guard. 3, another starting handle and longer rope instead of the costly splitting levers. 4, add a PTO pump (not to bad a fuel consumption is not bad) 5, upgrade the trailer (fit brakes and re sva to 900kg) part as it is right on the 750 kg no brakes limit, poss even over with full tank of fuel and oil as its that close (weighed it). 6, sort the red log clamp as its terrible on short bits.
  19. Mass in service is not the same as curb weight.
  20. You can get removable jacking legs that would weld /bolt on. Like these Maypole Side Winder 15" Trailer Jack Leg Prop Stand | eBay or TRAILER JACK LEG STABILISER IFOR WILLIAMS UNDER BODY SWIVEL LEG ADJUSTABLE | eBay
  21. My money is on the tax class being PLG Private Light goods. Just the same as all cars & vans.
  22. Order a few of eBay.
  23. Diesel is lighter than water so your 72kg is out.
  24. Up to 100km from your normal base. My point was more to put the dealer in the spotlight as most just dont know what they are selling & if it is suitable for your needs.
  25. Ask them if it need a Tacho if towing & if you need an Operators licence if towing.
