  1. How did it taste? Same as Irn Bru I’d bet?!!!
  2. It’s a bit of a twat to get the spring hooked onto the mount tbh - you definitely shouldn’t be able to lift the top roller assembly once sprung (with two arms, never mind one!).
  3. Can you add a geographical location to your business name?
  4. I’m hoping that it leads to the pirate treasure tbh!
  5. It’s not around our neck of the woods, and I’m certain it doesn’t relate to dogs in any way. But I did wonder if there might be a less-than-honest reason for the markings.
  6. As per the title - anyone know what these mean?
  7. If you cut your anchor out of the tree you are in a world of trouble, irrelevant of what else you are tied to. Paddy - whilst you seem keen to try and prove that it would be a much better outcome if you had another anchor-point you are entirely missing the point that Skyhuck made... If you have two anchor points the chance of you accidentally cutting one of them off whilst tied to it has doubled!
  8. Just check your feed hopper height/safety bar legal requirements if mounted on that - you may need a different safety bar set-up if it raises/lowers the feed table.
  9. I bet the fella slipping around trying to push that Gator out was made up being filmed and instructed instead of helped!...
  10. I think that your correspondence (above) relates to TPOs, not conservation areas. To the OP - I’d be amazed if the LA created a TPO without corresponding with you if you have notified them of the work you intend to carry out, irrespective of timescale (within reason). However, if it was several months after notification that you got around to undertaking the works a quick call to the TO to confirm that nothing had changed might not be a bad idea...
  11. If you own more than £15k of kit you are underinsured, and in the event of a claim you will only be paid out an equivalent proportion of the value of the claim. (ie you have £15k of cover but £30k of kit - if you have £2k of stuff stolen the insurers will only give you £1k payout).
  12. Sexy looking beast!!!
  13. That’s a mega looking tractor - I know nothing about Valtras though. What is it?
  14. Nooooooooo!!! What was delivered on that trailer then?!
  15. The new ridgeback pup has been here a week now, and seems to be settling in very well. I’m not convinced how good he’s going to be at hunting lions though...
  16. Bueller? Bueller?....
  17. Hello all Does anyone have details/recommendations of a contractor with a tractor mounted hedge flail in Shrewsbury? If so, please could you share them with me - I've got a roadside job that needs attending to. Cheers, Dan (07970188050)
  18. Slag - I didn’t know it was an option. Is that instead/as well as a case-drain line on yours?
  19. How/where is it engaged pal?
  20. This is what happens if the case drain is blocked (ie not freely open to tank at all times)...
  21. That must have been bloody scary! Buying it back off the insurers would definitely be worth exploring IMO.
  22. Exactly right! All the best ones tend to be...
  23. Supposed to be good diggers, I didn’t know they were offering 0% (a mate is looking at machines at the moment). What sort of lead time for delivery?
  24. You keep harping on about the caravan solution being yours - I think if you look closely at that thread you will find that I suggested it first...
  25. Definitely looks the simplest method to me but wanted to check. That machine has a big valve near the tank that you physically turn (with a spanner) to change between single way with open return (ie hammer) and dual-acting hydraulics. My little Bobcat has a separate case-drain as it was available from new as an option, and I’m not aware that there is the option of an open return-to-tank on the hi-flow circuit on my Bobcat.
