  1. Gap in teeth
  2. Pictures of a cog inside the transfer box which is very stiff to change between high and low range, don't think it's ment to look like this... Opinions please.
  3. Wise choice, plenty of future work👎
  4. Anyone know the outcome?
  5. 300 on itv 2 far more believed For sparter!!
  6. Thought so, came from m b forestry, was tempted by it myself as should be a very useful truck with all those features.
  7. Don't think I could cope with an hour of that without the wife getting suspicious about me actually paying attention to something on telly for a change, nice though maybe just a 1 off special to test it out or even a 5min teaser......please!!!!
  8. Did you get that from up my way or Durham as looks fermillior? Looks a good truck nd something I'd like to look at now iv got a bigger yard and more space to store it.
  9. Something I wanted to do as using the machine more so good for insurance both hired in plant and business as if something happens at least can show some formal training and assessment nd shows a recognised level of machine competence for using them on some of the contracts we take on. Unfortunately only covers to 10ton machines and got to go cpcs after that I believe but rare we need anything bigger than the 8 nd if we do its easier to get a friend in with his 14 or 25 to do it for us nd bill client directly. Good trainer who works for environmental agency so was quite keen on safety and environment side of the test of understanding, definitely worth doing.
  10. Cheers bud, me and that machine are going to get quite used to each other as got a good weeks worth of stacking and sorting timber and building brash cover piles with it in a big hardwood stand we have been on thinning for a few weeks. Got two new extraction routes to dig into the hillside with it as well. Luckily it has a decent radio!
  11. Yes thanks bud, had a few bad habits I needed to keep under control but operating the machine nd doing the tasks were quite strate forward.
  12. Did my Lanta 10ton 360 assessment today at my yard nd made full use of it leveling out 20odd ton of plainings filling pot holes on the drive and turning over the mulch heap. Excellent day 👍
  13. Just seen 1 in village tonight so they still exists.
  14. Absolutely, more power than you can imagine.
  15. I did like tea once but now drink black coffee nd tea without milk just isn't rite as now it makes me feel yuk Got to be decent stuff followed by plenty of water.
  16. Tea is wrong! Coffee rules!!
  17. It's often me the boss who has to drop everything and go as my son has a potentially life threatening genetic disorder and can go down hill quickly nd need taking to hospital for tests or treatment even if the job has to stop the lads get paid and understand that unless anything changes tomorrow is yard maintenance and logs. This makes me I hope quite understanding towards them and anything that may come up which I hope makes for a better atmosphere of trust and understanding which leads to a happier working environment so better production.
  18. Ha ha I'll look out for you nd give you a wave before running you off the road 😜 Could be a team doing something on the a1 I guess or power line team.
  19. Not sure who that is as seen it around a few times as well, not me as I have a st8 normally behind a orange rb44 or 1 of the landys.
  20. 6 or 8, good machines 👍
  21. I like those, to me contrasting materials used together works and the clean lines of the mettle being softened by the cracks and irregularities of the timber gives them the caricature. Followed a link to some burnt stools that look like Swedish candles half used put out and sanded, bet they sell for a fortune!
  22. Got a big pile to resharpen so interested in 1 too
  23. Looks same dimensions as 230 as I'd expect the new 190 to be bigger in footprint and bigger feed hopper, could be a 230 with a larger engine option say 45hp hence having to relocate the air filter.
  24. No worries. Easy to do on this phone. Will teach you how 1day 😜
  25. Link sorted for you Jon 👍
