  2. Your old school boss knew your value to his business . The new boss is new and is working in his modern efficient way. Don't be shy , treat it like a job interview, show him that you are worth your pay and if he doesn't like it then a neighbouring farm will do.

  5. I run a 300 amp Miller. It is a re-badge Panther ;-) . Kubota powered and very very well made. Does 110,240 & 3 phase. Japanese built with a dealer that exhibits at the big shows.

  17. Swapping the fuseholder pin for a neutral pin from a spare plug works even better
  18. Would have gone for 24 tonnes in the trailer and 2 tonnes in the transit making a tree of 26 tonnes. Know it's not but estimating weights is a nightmare

  22. Aspen is the answer:biggrin: Well it's not really. You cannot buy a can of it at the arb shows. You can't blame the poor sods trying to apply the differing legislation that applies to the same product. The best guides I have found so far have been posted here on arbtalk previously
