    Gordon at Central tree services ([email protected]) has said he can make any shape you want and is very happy to experiment! I got a Pulley saver from him recently at a very decent price and a nice bit of kit too!

    Just my twopence worth, but I found the Imori so flexible/supple, that I found it twisting itself around the smallest of twigs, which stopped me climbing. Others will say they love it, what do I know.

    The bigger engined machines are great but are probably pretty heavy, which means you won't be able to lift it over drain splash guards and the odd step sticking in an alley way that is 1" too wide. Look at the doskos.

    Got told today that Slough is being shut down permanently 2 weeks from today. It takes around 3000 tons a week. It was a coal fired station that got converted to biomassand that it breaks down regularly. Apparently woodchip came from all over, Wales, Scotland, which sounds daft, big 500hp trucks running the length and breadth of the country. People basically got paid to supply them. So. .. What happens next. My recycling place produces 13000v tons a year. Gristwood and toms produce 12000. Where's it all going to go. Are drax going to build the new biomass plants, that apparently the UK will not be able to supply enough chip for so they are thinking on importing chip from America? ???? It's basically screwed everyone's business models up big time. They may well refurbish the station but then start charging to drop the chip off. Who knows. Anyone got any bright ideas?

    If you get one without the oil sensor in it it works out a load cheaper:thumbup: Try... Universal engines on 01371 875331. Just got to spend out on it I'm afraid. No point even trying to look for a cheap Chinese imitation, or to get it re built. Just change that oil every 6 months
