  1. You could have had some ab cracking planks out of the first big fat section..... rare to get them that size.
  2. I prob never post half the stuff I write and the other half I usually always re read before posting - just stops that knee jerk reaction that can sometimes cause offence.....
  3. Someone found your username and password and put some rude/inappropriate posts in!
  4. What was your name again crazy cutter? I may have given the discount but if I didn't I'll sort you a juicy one on next order. I never offer over the phone as it's a genuine discount only for arbtalkers.
  5. That's excellent - something very creepy about the expression - very dark!
  6. Had numerous dealings with F R Jones and out of all the other companies I've used over the years they are the best in terms of price and service.... Also they are more proactive in the bigger picture when they hosted their first show (paid for out of their own pocket). .... will continue to do business with them
  7. To get a logo done properly then really you need to see a branding/design agency. It's not cheap but if it lasts you 10 years money well spent.
  8. Good stuff - If you can give yourself plenty of time to assemble. There's some vids I did somewhere in the alaskan mill sub forum of putting your mill together which should help.
  9. I feel for him there. A good friend of mine had this a year ago.... it's a very serious condition where a portion of bowel gets inflamed and bleeds. My mate had the section removed in the end as he was needing blood transfusions where he was losing so much blood. Then had a colostomy bag for a few months..... then a reversal (where they join the bowel back together again). He is now pretty much back to normal. Hope you get better soon Andy and hopefully you won't need the op.
  10. It shows how empty my life is that I managed to sit through that until the (bitter) end!
  11. Very nice Ray and a good selection of styles
  12. Ditto pics - walnut is all about the colour. And this will have a large bearing on how much it's worth.
  13. To be fair you can buy it at that price tomorrow (and this would include the vat as well) but you need to buy a pallet load. Storage? They were selling storage containers to take a pallet load for £108-00 + vat (less than they pay I would think as they're good quality) I take 6 months to use a pallet load but as it doesn't really have a shelf life not a problem.
  14. Nice table - like the pyrite idea! I'm starting to use resin a lot now - good fun! Ditto - in the end most of it all comes down to the sanding that's where the work is

    Bail Out

That's great Justin. I just think lucky they all owed exactly 100E or it could have got messy!
  16. Really? Reading this post sounds you are being bloody minded. If you can't justify increasing your fuel bill then don't buy it is the answer. In my experience (over 4 years) of using Aspen I would never go back to using ordinary unleaded. The benefits outweigh the costs for me. It's a cleaner fuel and that's proven not simply assertions to make you buy it. Campers use the 4t version in their stoves as it's actually cheaper (I don't know which stoves they use but apparently Aspen 4t is almost half the price).
  17. Someone put me into this forum/blog thing the other day.... looks really good and was sort of what I was hoping to achieve with treet.org ....but I have to say this site is far (far) better! Worth registering as it's free and looks very slick. Looks to be pretty new. See what you think.
  18. John have you got any pics to stick up of it?
  19. Nice Ian... I may look into buying a lathe soon... Just not enough time at the mo.
  20. Hopefully if this goes well they may do.... after all Stihl are already doing their bit for safety with their online selling restrictions! :flute:
  21. Nice to see they are as scared of softwood there as they are over here!! I mix hardwood with the softwood, sell a little bit cheaper than hardwood only and this makes up 75% of sales.

    Arbtrader.

Just had a look at Arbtrader and its a nice clean looking site. £5 is a very good price for adding pics. What I don't get is someone is selling something for say £1250-00. Why not make it £1260-00 make another £5 and put your pics in!
