Both could work. Maybe just try and keep your body more upright using your core. Use the legs more and less on the arms. Keep your legs under your butt and imagine you are pedalling a bike backwards.

@Rhyanna96 In 12 years as a freelance contract climber in the Uk, I never had a written contract with any company. Sure, we discussed what was expected and how I would be recompensed but it was never written down. Only had one guy in all that time knock me for 3 days work. Usually I would be paid by the next week. Some on the day, a few took longer to pay, that is where a good dialogue come in: some small companies have cash flow issues. Talk to them, if they are a good firm they should be open and you can discuss alternate payment terms. Also, I would consider not using the term Subby. This has been done to death on here and can lead to issues later on. Are you really a Bonafide Sub contractor? Or a freelance employee? I think you fall into the latter. Government SE websites can help you determine the exact status of your employment. I realise some companies have more kit than others. Smaller companies might be well equipped or not. It is up to you to find a good group of companies to fill your working week. Once you do and have a decent working relationship then go the extra mile for them, hopefully they will reciprocate. Might take a few years but eventually you will work out who to avoid and who to put their names in your diary. Don’t mean this to come across as rude but one of your previous comments irked me a bit. Speaking of humility, no one likes a smart arse. Telling someone far more experienced that they are doing stuff wrong isn’t really going to win friends and influence people. At the end of the day it is their company and you can make suggestions but really it is their choice how the job is done. Good luck with everything, it is all experience and even if someone is crap at their job, look at it as though at least you have learnt and seen how NOT to do a job. Again it is all experience. I think most manufactures here in Norway offer a 4WD version. I am seeing more and more electric and hybrid versions as well.

I would just be aware of main dealers. I used to have an Impreza back in the day, UK spec. A few mates had the Jap imports, main dealers wouldn’t touch them. They had a few troubles getting parts, but this was in the early 2000’s. eBay and the internet in general are a lot better these days for choice. One of the main problem, again 21 years ago. The Octane rating in Japan was 98 whereas the Uk was 97. It could have been the other way round, I forget. This caused lots of problems with injectors and engine faults, which again the main dealers wouldn’t touch. Especially with some of the highly tuned Scoobies. This may have changed now but worth looking into. It looks a nice car.

Depends how you definite the martial arts I guess: Taekwondo has some great kicking moves but as a fighting art it pales in comparison to others. Taekwondo is a sports. No punches to the head and mostly scored with kicks. Boxing is one of the oldest forms of pugilism. It definetly works as a form of self defence. As does Taekwondo, if the person is very good. Yes, it is more of a spectacle than boxing but I would argue far less effective. Plus it is stop start, stop start, stop start. Whereas, other forms of Martial Arts including boxing don’t stop as soon as contact is made. Neither does a street fight. The same comparison can be made from Judo and BJJ/JJ. Judo is a sport JJ is a fighting art. There are other forms of Martial Arts that were developed as a fighting warriors art that are also sports. Examples of this would be Muay Thai and Lethwei. The sports version hasn’t differed that much from the Art. Boxing gloves were introduced in stead of hemp rope in Muay Thai but Lethwei only has the introduction of the ring. They still fight bare knuckle and with head butts. Boxing is known as the sweet science. The art of hitting and not getting hit. Tyson fury is a master of that. Others may look more athletic but Tyson Fury is 6’9”, 277lb and just fought 11 rounds against one of the most dangerous punchers in recent times. He got out down twice, dropped his opponent 3 times and retained the HW belts. Then he busted out a Song whilst in the ring and serenaded the Vegas crowd. Far from one dimensional IMO.

I often wondered why. I do know that if I have a couple of shots, I will have a pounding headache and be as mobile as a dog with one paw the next day.

I visited many a distillery when I was a kid. My old man would take us fly fishing on the Scottish rivers. As it was a family holiday my dad and uncle would take the family out for a couple of days. Usually on the whiskey trail. There are a few bottles back at my old mans place. I have always had a kind of nostalgic, romance with single malts from the above mentioned trips. In reality, I get the worst hangover from even the smallest amounts. Which is strange as other spirits don’t have the same effect.

I hope Fury finishes him early again just so we can hear Wilders excuses. Wilder does have a punchers chance though. Should be a good fight.

I think it is all subjective. Back in the Uk we used to work job n knock. Basically if you wanted a break, have a quick one then crack on. As long as everyone is on the same page it works very well. Back home by 1-2pm job done and no time wasted. Over here in Norway people tend to take breaks. Usually 7. - 7.30 on-site and start work. Depends on who I am contracting for. Work for 3.5 hours and then have 25-30 mins for lunch. Work from 1100 for another couple of hours and on the road by 1400-1430. Have a break for water of water we if you need it. One of the guys stops regularly at 13.30 - 1400 for 30 mins. If I am working with him I will often work up till 16/17.00. Job dependent. He pays by the hour so a 10 hour day can be quite profitable. That doesn’t include driving to and from the job. It does cover driving to multiple jobs though if we do more in the day. Works for me. Many moons ago, I worked for Greenwich Council. I lasted just over 6 months as the forced breaks drove me mental. I would have much rather done the same amount of work and been home by 10.30 and then had another job in the afternoon.

We once turned up to a pretty posh house and their were dog eggs all over the garden. The lady of the house, proper city type was getting ready for work. I knocked on the door and explained the situation of the eggs. I said do you have a pooper skooper as we can’t work with it like that? All polite she says, sure no problem. She found the skooper and walked over to me and tried to hand it. She looked quite upset when I told her it wasn’t my dog so I wasn’t picking any off them up.

Mark, Steve Launchbury had the same problem on one of his tippers. We ended up having to mess about with the control panel in the dash. Hope you get it sorted mate.
