6 Months ago I would have fully recommended Dell, but they have really gone down hill, IMO. I have been very disappointed and will never spend another penny with them.

Yes my eldest. I have aways just treated him normally and did not put up with any of his ritualistic habits. It was very hard at first and nearly broke my heart, but he is 14 now and doing great. My wife and I joined the Autism society and went to a conference, there was a you woman speaker who thanked her parents for being tough with her, as it made her behave more normally instead of disappearing into her own world. That inspired us to stay strong. I'm not totally convinced by all these modern labels of whats "normal", I really don't think I am and am not sure I know any one who is, we are all different (than goodness). Don't worry to much and make him toe the line, he'll be fine

Sorry just reread the OP, I had missed the 70' bit Sounds like the other guy is very desperate for work and will work for next to nothing You can't really blame the customer for wanting to save £225.
