  2. So let me get this right The "molecules" change, but this is NOT a "molecular" change
  3. As it was still stood when they removed it, it could be argued they were right.
  4. As the number of VAT office staff is being cut (along with most other public sector jobs) there will be less sniffing not more. I think they base most of their investigations on checking our figures against all others in our sector, anything unusual soon shows up. Don't think "sniffing" comes into it much.
  5. No I'm pretty sure water expands too. But upon freezing the molecular structure of water changes causing the expansion.
  6. This tree looks a lot like that Yew you did
  7. We are talking about a 2.5% increase. So thats £25 on a £1000 job or £12.50 on a £500 job. I don't see it as a massive issue.
  8. No rips or tears. If its what the customer wanted, whats the problem???
  9. I had TE bad for a few years, but I have a wife and four children and my the money I make is our sole income, so I could stop work. I found one of those neoprene sleeves helped a bit, but I just kept going and after a couple of years it went. Same goes for my back, if it goes, I wear a leather lifting belt as tight as I can stand, take some pills and just keep going. For me personally I find keeping going works best, if I stop I seize up.

  17. Red is poor quality compared to white, but for the saving its still worth using. I heard the other day that soon red will be white with dye in it, instead of gas oil.
  18. Yes mate, just close the front vents a bit more
  19. Free hand is best. You need to sharpen a few thousand times before your good, but its worth the time and effort, IMO.
  20. Really??? I can sharpen a chain faster than I can change one.
  21. When ever it needs it, blunt saws are awful!! Sharpening takes minuets, so I do mine often. My top tip would be to change your file often, as a sharp file make such a difference.
