One reason I use Aspen

Everything that'd normally run on mix is on aspen in our yard and has been for at least 4 years now. The only thing on pump fuel is the stump grinders.

Why the change? Health benefits etc?

You run aspen and bio chain oil then?

Health has part to do with it as I was suffering from migraines and started to put together that it was often after a high fume day so made the switch initially for hedge cutting as found that was a frequent trigger then just for everything.
Conviniance is another part as there's always fuel in the yard when we need it and saves lads having to call in or worse go out of there way to pick up fuel on the way to the job saving time and wages, we don't have to run tanks dry if a machine isn't going to be used for a while and they always start when they are picked up again.
Plenty of people I know have had problems with auto tune saws getting upset and running badly on pump fuel but we have never had any problems and I put that down to consistency in fuel quality.

I get it in barrels and just use a hand pump, a bit cheaper and no plastic cartons to get rid of,
