  6. Very few marches involve people ‘looking for trouble’ thats not the point. However, with large groups of people trouble can and usually does spill over, I know people who where there, all wrong uns, I can’t remember the last time so few arrests where made, that’s why I am staggered.

  8. Maybe put a pic up and some idea of what’s happening, how do you mean “ slightest knock” Only Logosol owner I know has had great service with minimal tlc.
  9. This is the thread you need. Barely 2 pages and my posts cover the essentials. Basically the spec you need to run a grab and rotator sucessfully (four aux lines, short dipper) will be special order from new and expensive. And still painfull to use compared to a 2.7t machine. You're probably only looking at 8, maybe even just 6k difference between a new 2.7t and a 2t in the spec you are asking about. Recent prices I've seen for the E19/20 in that spec were 23/34k, the Yanmar 2.7t is available from around 30.5k. Sany or LuiGong often have four lines as standard and are the cheaper end of the market, so worth a look. But don't underestimate the frustration of having a long dipper coupled with a grab and rotator.
  10. Might be, I wasn't well when I was up there

  15. Also, Valtra 8150 - any good? Know nothing about them. Are they 40k?
  16. The stuff in the photo would chip in about three minutes. The problem is what is the bloke and chipper going to do for the rest of the day. Twenty minutes to fill a lorry if the supply is there. Someone local with a tractor trailed Heiziohack rather than a lorry based monster MIGHT want it but it’s still not much. Won’t cost much to ask (do check whether anyone’s biomass setup is taxvictim funded and show them the door if it is) but I suspect you’re going to be doing it yourself. What are you doing with it at the moment?
  17. The man has no shame, all about him and nothing more, nothing less.
  18. I do ,if it was a good idea it wouldn't have been broken or placed in a position where it could of been damaged, But that change of A bar was a major thing , where the hse said u have to have the infeed chute further down and further away from the rollers makes it a pain , Should of kept the a bar as I cant see how long the wiring would last in some of these coastal locations . U cant mitigate idiots and badly maintained machinery.
  19. Tacks, Deadduck, Shone.
  20. Sorry yet more winching

  22. No worries. I would still climb on the BDB if it wasn’t worn out.
  23. If you can split them and then let them dry that is better - smaller pieces will dry quicker
