  12. I tend to use brake cleaner and an old toothbrush for heavy sappy deposits or hot soapy water for normal cleaning. I also either use the compressor or a can of air duster, and a quick squirt of WD-40 for lubrication. Willie

  15. Yep, had mine repaired in 2007 and went through a lot of rehab, so stick with whatever program the physio gives you. I was back running within 4-5 months, not far or fast mind you I have about a 5% restriction of full movement but you learn to live with that and compensate by adjusting positions when kneeling and climbing etc. Good luck with the recovery.   16. Instead of using the cogs from a pushbike, how about a set from a motorbike. They would be a bit more substantial. Of course you would need to adjust the chain to the desired length. Good luck and I would be interested to see how your creation turns out. Willie
