Best thing to do is to grade your timber before processing so you can do short small logs with 4 way wedge and thicker longer logs with 6 way.an hour with the crane saves plenty of time later on when you can do a few hours processing without stopping to change wedge,or having to resplit logs

Spec is important,was offered job cutting and hand burning rhoddy a fter the mulcher had done what it could. A boulder field at base of mountain with boulders the size of a house and 10 foot high rhoddy between them.in the end i declined the job as i couldnt decide how many weeks it would take,.my advice is double your daily rate and round up to the nearest week.

You need a bigger chip box for that! I just have museli,2 slice of toast tea,orange juice,5 fags then walk the dog.pick up staff and have lunch then think whats for tea ,maybe squeeze in a fill or two and then go home,

If you want beetroot and carrots go to tesco boil them and add white sauce,wash down with beer or a bottle of wine. Jake oh and you will get change from your tenner!

I use an ethanol fix fuel additive with pump fuel is this the way to go? Says it will keep fuel good for a year
