  1. Similar thing happens at one of our LA areas. When you phone up to ask if there is a TPO at a certain address they won't give a straight yes or no answer. They want to come out to see what work you propose to do. Very difficult to secure work in that area. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. App crash here as well (again) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  3. Just applied to put our 6.5t Iveco on the OPs licence.... The application could take 9 weeks to process..... !!!??☹️ Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. In reality. A transit crew cab with a standard aluminium tipper tray weighs in at 2600kg. Add a tank of fuel, some high sides or a chip box, a crew of 4 guys and your tools then hitch up a chipper (providing, of course, you have a tachometer fitted and calibrated) you will be driving out of your yard empty but already very near the limit. 6. Agree with Joe. Ours is very boggy on a 25". In fact, it rarely gets used. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  8. It is. Petzl want you to only use their rope and the CE mark is for both the rope and device as a complete package. I would be happy to LOLER the Zillon without a rope and then a separate split tail of choice. (Don't tell Bolam though, he might grass me to the ARB police [emoji57]) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  9. Been on a Zillon for a couple of years now and it is really excellent. Can also be used as a secondary climb line device if needed. Mine lives on the lower D's on the tree motion. Would hate to be without it. ( my flip line has been used once I think, ages ago ) [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  11. Fixed that for you! [emoji56] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. I thought that had changed. If your vehicle is 12 years or older a maximum of 6 weeks is recommended? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. Will do. We have an ops licence and it will have to have its six weekly checks. No need for a CPC though. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. No , we've only just bought it. The tipper tray is a fair bit bigger than a tranny. Should be able to build a good sized box on it. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  15. Like Joe says, is the stitching load bearing or part of the "safety critical" components? Pictures would be good. There are guidelines as to how much material loss is acceptable when it comes to wear and tear. Much of it is down to the interpretation of the LOLER examiner. Pics?? 16. We just bought this as we face the same problems . Couple of jobs plus a box on the back, seats for a seven man crew and a 3500kg payload. Way to go... Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

    App crashing?

Hi Steve. Mine crashes the same as well. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  19. I agree. But Assad needs to be kept in check. Israel have successfully done this for decades, its good to see that the current US administration is getting up to speed. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  20. Nitrous kit on the way?? [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Trump is only doing what Obama should have done years ago. It's a lesson the Israelis learned decades ago and has served them well ever since. It's the only language that Russia and Assad understand. I think it will be a good lesson in discipline for Assad. There are no easy answers for the problems in that part of the world but someone should take a stand. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Sure! It'll be a while though, there's a lot to digest. [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  23. Golden years? .............. Forgive my cynicism but not everything was golden. Maybe they should be renamed the "beige years". [emoji53] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  24. Just wanted to publicly acknowledge Treequip's kindness in giving away the ISA certificate study guide (plus a load of other really useful books) Your kindness is much appreciated! Many thanks Timon Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  25. Sorry to hear of this. Hope you're sorted soon. Far too much of this far too often. [emoji107][emoji107][emoji107] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
