  3. Trying to upload a pic but not having any luck with me phone but has I said earlier you have to virtually take track motor off to gain access to the valve and remove valve to allow track motors to free wheel .....big job com . Ste
  4. They cant be towed/ dragged has the track motors lock , there is a sequence to unlock the motors which losses oil so spill kit needed and left to a competent fitter or follow manufacturers handbook . My Kobelco has a few pages in the manual explaining and pictures to follow . Ste

  7. Great idea but I am going to be a kill joy here , have you seen what a truck tyre can do when it explodes at 120 psi . Your 10 BAR=145.0377 PSI No Thanks Use a tyre/bead blaster that is tested and certified far safer . Ste

This has given me a idea for a old redundant 24" link Flail mower that I could convert to something similar but I don't have auxiliary lines plumbed in so am thinking possibly leave engine and run has a donkey unit , obviously limited to gradients but I think it would work on tall crappy Brambles etc . Good idea or just bonkers ?????? Ste
  13. Another interesting point is has mentioned holding the chainsaw which has a round handle which I struggle with grip wise but if it was a flat edge I have no problems with fingers holding tight for any length of time . Ste

Well you are not your own ,same here I have noticed myself not holding the saw correctly and while on holiday recently I had a play about on the High wire climb at Magaluf Katmandu and I cant do the monkey bars anymore. My fingers just cant grip tight enough to hold . I do suffer bad in the cold with white finger too. Ste
  15. Similar game with Farming simulator on X box , great range of Tractors,forwarders,chainsaws etc , my lad does not get a look in . Ste
  16. Has Op says there is a Conservatory immediately behind fence then with a bit of luck the roots will have been severed if a decent/legitimate footing dug . Conservatory's bases can be unpredictable! Ste
  17. Great news that it has worked out for you, I remember your post on looking into stump grinding well . I advertise Stump grinding on my Van and get a lot of inquiries But they soon dwindle down to a handful when i give them a quote so I don't push it these days and I wait till I get half dozen and hire a machine to spread the cost now .   18. If you look at small print on insurance and liability its says " insecure loads not covered" now that can cover a wide range of modifications . Has per normal this will only show up when things go tits up ! Ste

  20. Just watch the weight you are pulling with digger has I use a similar setup with tow hitch on blade and a track motor sheared bolts and spewed it's contents on block paving ! The oil gets excessively hot towing . Ste

  23. Came across this has a young lad in the Grain Stores on my Parents farm , mouldy winter Barley that we did not dry out properly Nasty stuff . Wheat is worst for it . Ste
