  2. I have a old Pedestrian 24" LINK Flail mower which I keep maintained regardless of cost because of the secondhand values of the likes of Scag and Ferris are expensive . Ste

  4. Finally got a delivery date for me new PTO Sawbench from them nice folk at Spectrum plant abiet it sounds like they used Pigeon post to get it . Ste
  5. If my memory serves me correct they are all over 3.5 ton so you will need a operators licence or at least a restricted operators licence. Ste

  8. At first it was until I put the heavier Ap180 battery in and for me it well balanced. . Ste
  9. Another point to watch out for is the electric motor is at the blade end so no drive rods ,it is only a trimmer has well. Ste

It is a lot lighter than the petrol version and same here have a knackerd shoulder ,has for battery life the machine has been in me van all week and used on 2 other jobs and still only showing 2 charge lights out of 4 . I am using the AP180 Battery which is heavier but it balance's the machine well , I like the fact there is no repetitive starting so this has helped with my shoulders. Ste

  15. Hs 45 is light but its not a true double sided cutter and can be a bitch to start at times when hot but otherwise a capable machine . Hs 81 are a excellent kit but heavy and expensive. Ste
  16. STIHL Top handle saw I have been using over a year now and no complaints apart from the odd oiling issue with the bar mainly you have to keep it spotlessly clean . Am using the ling reach hedge cutters along with standard hedge trimmers and batteries are holding out well . There is now a AP300 Battery now,great for a Sunday morning sneaky tree job ...........   17. Morning Metsaman , I still have the first DB in picture which is a 1976 last of the red writing 995 which my Grandad bought brand new and I am in the process of renovating it . Also i have the 3rd DB in picture again my Dad bought this brand new in 1980 cost £8000 then . Ste
