Now this is the tricky bit , normally on a hydraulic system you have to run each hydraulic ram to its full travel while filler cap loose or bleed valve undone BUT obviously this cant be done so back to drawing board I am afraid. Hydraulic pumps can be complex and depending on type they may well be with the pumps own circuit, reason I mention air lock in system has you can put considerable pressure on pump with air trapped .   3. Has the machine had a oil leak or changed a hydraulic pipe recently? You can get airlock in system which will create problems ,also check relief valves,bypass valves etc and check its not returning to sump first before you get pump overhauled . Ste
  4. Well it cant be over fueling has there will be a lot of black smoke so I would say a internal leak with the injection system that is leaking some how into the crank case . Ste

  11. Very true , I have a 5 year old Hinari finishing mower which I have utterly used and abused which I paid £500 brand new ,still going with original belts and blades .

  14. The Pto chippers I have taken a look at and I was horrified at the drive for the roller feed , has for that tow chipper I ave not seen one close up . Ste

  16. My brother used a 5kva on a small splitter and that ran it no problems but I think you may be on the limit there and will struggle . Sre

This seems to be a problem everywhere, came across this on CPC drivers course's where myself have sat through classes from 8am -5pm and other drivers have done the full block without attending, grieves me enormously has I have taken time away from my business .Again with Tickets for Construction same setup ....bent instructors. Personally I would take this seriously and seek refund. Ste

  19. My van is a IVECO 29L10 swb badge has a city van , amazing turning circle and has what they call a open differential in English that means one wheel drive !!!! Absolutely useless hence why I fitted a winch up front but I don't think Liverpool city Council would be impressed if i used a lamp post to winch my van out of trouble. Ste
