Think they are rebranded italian active brand http://www.ibeauk.co.uk/chainsaws3900-series/
  8. Tarmac would be better hate the fake look like when cosmetic surgery goes wrong Reckon its like this but for grass: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley So a crappy fake would be better ?
  9. Looks more realistic than the original astroturf playing field stuff. Alot of holiday rentals have it now ive noticed & also the fake plants in pots on the patio.
  10. Anyone bought/being using the Arbortec Breathedry smock? Whats there own brand material like with regard to breathablity/waterproofness compared to the branded stuff like event or gortex etc?
  11. Ebolas back & seems there struggling abut to contain it. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/0/outbreak-ebola-spreads-congolese-city-12-million-sparking-containment/
  12. This looks good:
  13. Smaller the better as larger surface volume ratio = faster seasoning. Length depends on size of your stove door but i'd split them down fairly narrow. If you haven't got one get a £5 moisture meter from ebay.
  14. Yeah under £280 including postage but in blue in the UK about £425 for same saw. Idealo is good to track prices: https://www.idealo.de/preisvergleich/OffersOfProduct/1903222_-ps-5105-c-dolmar.html Some vague info on the USA colour change dunno if UK will follow suit: https://www.chainsawsdirect.com/stories/1328-What-You-Need-to-Know-About-the-Future-of-Dolmar-Chainsaws.html Also official seems to be called "Warm red" for some, reason not orange ?
  15. Amazon.de has a cheap dolmar PS-5105 C 45 cm atm 300 euro? https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00JUZI5LC?m=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&tag=idealode-am-pk-21&ascsubtag=kB5JtZRTvWSB1WB7jzvIpw
  16. Parts list is on the dolmar website: http://download.dolmar.com/manuals/26385.pdf Also repair manuall : https://www.baileysonline.com/PDF/6400to79001_repairmanual.pdf
  17. Its kind of a shame imo that Diane abbot is single-handedly setting back the progress of race relations yrs, by being one of the very few UK high profile black persons, & absolutely useless, so reinforcing some peoples prejudices.

    Wax jacket

Thoose ebay ones seems a bargin might be good for clearing blackthorn etc https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Portmann-Mens-Unpadded-Lightweight-Wax-Cotton-Jacket-Coat-Hood-Sizes-XS-to-6XL/283167334127?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140122125356%26meid%3Da25403c030ea460dbdc75180dd63e4de%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpp%26sd%3D282949217792%26itm%3D283167334127&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851
  19. Shame its 25:1 not 50:1 two mixes a hassle.
  20. That looks like the rolls royce of mini dumpers nice http://www.cormidi.us/product/cormidi-cmf1500/
  21. Don't any deliver to UK? Bought chainsaws from germany using google translate.
  22. http://jobbi.lv/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=9007 400 euro inluding postage £350....
  23. They transplated a load last winter locally along a motorway, but i think alot of it died in that dry spell. Seemed alot of cost & effort for a poor result but then the weather was exceptional dry.... Some of the of new bare root hedging died also, but i think the tranplants did even worse.
  24. Iv'e borrowed the sthil long reach one was very good but price is high especially batteries, also a Black decker 36v one which was ok but more vibrations, so thinking they cheap ones don't have decent AV? Do you store batteries somewhere as warm(ish) as e.g repeated near zero temp in unheated shed probably won't do them much good for a long life & the batteries are really expensive......? Husky sellling a special little insulated battery box: Hyundai do a cheap 60v one https://hyundaipowerequipment.co.uk/hyundai-hyht60li-60v-lithium-ion-battery-hedge-trimmer/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwjvXeBRDDARIsAC38TP6gFEXlzwWpPmEbZkpd3IKPb5dQlVK8QYYQcnvRFdiEszNJZWlw8egaAmvCEALw_wcB Maybe if they can make a an electric car a hedge trimmer won't be to much trouble... No idea is there garden stuff is any good though as prices are so cheap compared to stihl so hard to think the quality will be up to much? EGO brand ones supposedly good also can cut 1inch..... https://egopowerplus.com/brushless-hedge-trimmer/ Stiga (same company as alpina i think) do a 80v one would be nice to see how that compared to the stihl This group test review stihl comes top: https://opereviews.com/landscaping/hedge-trimmers/best-cordless-hedge-trimmer-shootout-2018/
  25. Iv'e always wanted a decent one having used a few different cheap electric & petrol "micky mouse" ones that are pretty useless/way too slow to bother with if you have a large volume of stufff to shread To get something decent speed I think is quite expensive so depends on the volume stuff you have to do. This company looks good do a whole range.. https://www.elietmachines.com/en/pages/products
