  1. Think resin looks trashy esp thoose floors and the staircase. Would suit a a vegas hotel or Joe Exotics house. Suppose its a personal preference.
  2. Apples on the smaller dwarfing rootstocks often have a tendency to tip over/need extra support as do bigger old ones sometimes I would leave both alone if you like the apples they produce. If your keen to get rid bur still have the apples you could graft from them.

  4. I read a test paper that measured emssions the results said the catalyst had more effect on emssions but nobody mentions them apart from removing the cat to aid preformace. So surely cats should be replaced regular if you really care about emissions above using aspen.

  8. I just use some twigs and newspaper lights every time. Ash twigs are best as chunky My neigbour buys the Telegraph daily and saves them for me so have loads of papers.

  11. I did a hegde laying course at Glynllifon They do chainsaw courses & probably tractor driving there? Also they have a big posh saw mill that didn't seem to get used much.
  12. Yeah looks like willow felled a load of multistemmed Salix caprea ones that looked the same. As so willow has a high moisture % so logs are heavy when green. Whats is a quite sent woodland?
  13. Im rubbish at fungi ID never got into it googled for 2 mins and Im guessing Meripilus giganteus? Any go to online resources for tree fungi ID? EDIT: looks wrong for Meripilus giganteus on goolge image search pic but on one website it looked like that.

  17. Careful with the presssure washer on old tarmac. If it roughs the surface texture up it will just make it so the moss will grow faster.
