  1. I have a 110, Mate had a 130, not a huge amount of difference actually, except 130 has better capacity. If you put wheels with a decent offset on a 130 then the turning circle won't be much different to a 110 with standard rims in any case. Worth mentioning he sold his 130 for an Iveco tipper, for the increased (illegal) payload. Unless you need it for off road access a van is unfortunately a better option business wise....but Defender's look cooler!
  2. Much better than a traditional log grab, as I am sure many others on this thread will tell you.
  3. Was using this set up recently, grab was a bit heavy for the 5 tonner but a nice machine to use.

  6. Budget depending I used to operate a Serra Bavaria mobile saw mill years ago, there's some photos on here of it somewhere, was an amazing bit of kit but 3 phase run off a generator. Think it was 80k + to buy brand new

  10. BPH Attachments in West Sussex do a range of grabs under Pro-Dem banner, I have used one like this: Attachments - BPH Attachments - Products on a 14 ton Hyundai for a few weeks clearing windblow and sorting arb waste it was brilliant.

  16. Second this, have hired them a few times, liked it a lot. Yes its hard work but that doesn't kill you. I personally liked the control you have compared to some of the remote machines.
